Ok....so I called to order my cab @ 10:22 am....asked to be picked up at 11:45am. I have a flight to catch and ordered my ride before I left my home in PA. I DROVE TO VESTAL and have been waiting for my pick-up since 11:30. I called again to confirm my ride @ 11:40....and the driver said he was in traffic and was appx.10 min away. Then he said.." your flight don't leave till 1:10... Right???" Are you kidding me??? It's now 11:55 and still no sign of him. I guess my lunch date is now cancelled!! I used this company because of the great reviews....what happened??? So.....Matt was apologetic amd very kind. I'm so glad I found Anytime Taxi online. My previous experiences with taxis in Binghamton over the last 9 years of living here have all, without fail, been awful. This time, with "Anytime Taxis" the service was perfect. My car was recently written off due to a car accident. Getting the bus to and from the supermarket with enough groceries for a family of five and three young children in tow just isn't possible. "Anytime Taxi" turned up on time, was friendly, professional and very patient with getting my 9 yr old, 4 yr old and 1 yr old into the car and buckled up safely. I used the services of anytime taxi to travel to work everyday for 3 months. Professional cab driver who is very accommodating of your schedule, always punctual, has a clean car and has rates that are probably the most economical in all of binghamton. He is well organized to avoid conflicts and let's you know well in advance if he is already booked so you're not left hanging, something that seems to happen a lot with the other cab companies in the area. I came to Binghamton/Johnson City for residency interviews and the gentleman, who is both owner and the only driver of Anytime taxi, was very friendly and helpful. He knew when to make conversation and when to let you enjoy the scenery. He was very reliable, sincere, and seemed like a salt-of-the-earth hard worker. Matt, arrives five minute early to the assigned time to pick me to office and drop me back to home from my office regularly from Monday to thursday.His punctuality is what I appreciate. In short Matthew the owner/operator was courteous, amicable, reliable and a very experienced driver. Coming up from NYC via bus to get to property I recently purchased near Harpursville in the evening I needed a cab that would be there when arranged, lest I have to face a 30 mile walk in the dark :). Matt was there waiting for me at the bus station when the Greyhound arrived ( late of course) and expertly navigated the rural roads to my property.
