We rented a car from Usave on Front St. When it was returned they told us that there was some…read moreyellow paint on the back fender and assumed that we were in an accident. We were not in any accident, and we did not have a fender bender. They will bill our credit card $400 for the damage that we did not cause. I believe this is a scam that they have probably used before with other good faith customers. I hope the public is able to read this review and will think twice before using this company. YOu should be ashamed of yourself for these company practices.

The "manager" marissa should not be in customer service at all in fact she should not be allowed to interact with the public at all. I will be calling the BBB and a lawyer for discrimination against person's with disabilities. These people do not deserve to be able to take people's money for a profit of any kind. I've never in my life dealt with or met with a more despicable person. She refused to give us the owners info or the info of somebody to talk to about the way we were treated. Then when we called for the information she again denied us the right to speak with anyone other than her....stating that the owner was on her side....really! Also if you think you will get somewhere with the 866 number they have listed you will be sadly mistaken there is no one to speak to you have to leave a message and well it's been about 2hrs so far but I still have not recieved a phone call from their apparently very busy representatives. There are so many other car rental places to choose from I don't know why anyone would want to deal with these people....i usually go through enterprise or hurtz here locally but sadly because of the holiday they were out of rentals. Well that's my story and forewarning if you choose to rent from this company just remember you have been informed.

They never honor any of their program benefits, they refuse to credit rewards points to your account, regardless of whether it's a Hertz or another airline or Hotel rewards account. Their prices are asinine and non-competitive so basically, they treat their customers like sh*t and won't lift a finger to do right by a single one of them -- no matter how large or small the problem. They sure know how tubing your credit card through. THAT they can do. But don't expect anything else....least of all a call center agent you can understand who speaks English.
