I do not recommend the car (the…read moreCamry isn't awful by any means, but if you want superior comfort and handling for a similar rental price, go with the Nissan Altima -- Enterprise rents those as well). However, the Enterprise employees were, as I've come to expect, friendly and professional. On the return trip, an hour out of Vestal, a rock flew off a truck driving ahead of me on the interstate and knocked a small chip out of the windshield. Ugh, I thought. Here comes a big repair bill. But what actually happened? I mentioned the damage to the Enterprise employee who handled the return, and... Nothing. It was fine. Apparently that sort of thing is relatively cheap and easy to fix, and Enterprise didn't add a penny to my bill. That's twice now that Enterprise has exceeded my expectations. I'll be back.

Because we was unable to reserve one online we was hoping that they would be able to help us. When we entered the Enterprise we had spoke to a young man named Jared at the front desk. During this time we explained to him how we couldn't find a vehicle available online and how we really only needed a car basically for a One Day rental. So, Jared showed us one they had available right then and there. We then explained to him that we wouldn't need a car until 5:30 - 6:00pm so this way we would be sure to have enough time to drive back and forth and still have enough time to get it back for the following day. Jared then told us Enterprise must have a block on their Online reservations, he then turned around and asked his fellow employee (Spencer) if they must have a block on their online reservations. After they spoke Jared then told us the best thing to do was to "Reserve the vehicle online and just keep trying no matter how many days it says until it goes through and then when we come back later to get the vehicle they would adjust it to the One Day rental. So, on our way back my wife went online to do exactly what Jared said to do. Finally the online reservation went through but the only vehicles available in our area was if you was renting it for 5 days or more. With that being said she set up the reservation like Jared told us to do. Now at this time we go to Enterprise to get the vehicle, when we enter the store we did not see Jared anywhere there but instead I noticed the gentleman in the back who Jared spoke to earlier about this situation was at the counter (Spencer). Spencer asks us how he can help and shortly after while my wife was explaining to him about the reservation and what we was told earlier he goes from being decent to very arrogant almost instantaneously. I told him the guys name was Jared who told us this information. Then Spencer says he can't just adjust the reservation like that and we will have to step aside and wait on those customers who already have reservations. Then he says we'll your Reservation wasn't until 6:00pm By this time I am upset so decided to leave the building and calm down before I reenter. About 10 mins go by, so I come back in and my Wife is patiently waiting in the corner and I tell her that is messed up. Shortley after that Spencer calls us up to the desk in an unpleasant tone in which he proceeds with a very arrogant grin on his face and then asks my Wife, "Have I done something wrong?" He obviously can see she is frustrated, and she answers him back and says " No you been Great!" In a low monotone voice. Spencer instantly looks at her and says "Good your Reservation has been CANCELED!" and shortly after he says "You guys are done here!" with a very unapologetic and condescending attitude and then he just stands there gives us this arrogant grin. Unfortunately, that was enough for me and I asked him "What did you say to my Wife?" He says again to me "You guys are done here!" By now I blew up and was like "Who the Fuck are you talking to like that and I told him I wanted to choke the shit out of him and beat his Ass!" He instantly replied and said is that a Threat! and "I said nope a promise!" The Spencer says "Come on, Come on I am here Come On!" By now my Wife is holding me and walking me out of the building while talking the sense back into me. The thing is we have used Enterprise in the past and always had a good experience with them. So now we can't go visit her sister in the city who has been undergoing serious cancer treatments and is experiencing some issues. But unfortunately now we can't get down to see how she is doing because of Spencer and his attitude and wonderful customer service. I know, I shouldn't have blown up but this guy was just running on a power trip that now has effected my Wife and her Sister during these tough times.

    We rented a car from Usave on Front St. When it was returned they told us that there was some…read moreyellow paint on the back fender and assumed that we were in an accident. We were not in any accident, and we did not have a fender bender. They will bill our credit card $400 for the damage that we did not cause. I believe this is a scam that they have probably used before with other good faith customers. I hope the public is able to read this review and will think twice before using this company. YOu should be ashamed of yourself for these company practices.

Let me start off by saying If I could give less than 1 star I would. The "manager" marissa should not be in customer service at all in fact she should not be allowed to interact with the public at all. I will be calling the BBB and a lawyer for discrimination against person's with disabilities. These people do not deserve to be able to take people's money for a profit of any kind. I've never in my life dealt with or met with a more despicable person. She refused to give us the owners info or the info of somebody to talk to about the way we were treated. Then when we called for the information she again denied us the right to speak with anyone other than her....stating that the owner was on her side....really! Also if you think you will get somewhere with the 866 number they have listed you will be sadly mistaken there is no one to speak to you have to leave a message and well it's been about 2hrs so far but I still have not recieved a phone call from their apparently very busy representatives. There are so many other car rental places to choose from I don't know why anyone would want to deal with these people....i usually go through enterprise or hurtz here locally but sadly because of the holiday they were out of rentals. Well that's my story and forewarning if you choose to rent from this company just remember you have been informed.
