PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS TOWING COMPANY!! JASON HALL is very rude and not professional at all. I had an accident on I-35 leaving Killeen. I was rear-ended and the State trooper came. I called AAA but the arrival time was about 45mins. So the State trooper called Anytime towing. I asked the driver " how much it would be to tow it to Killeen"? Jason Hall gave him a quote for me for $646.00. Are you kidding me??? I then called Jason and ask him the address, so l could let my insurance company know. He WOULD NOT give me the address and said " he doesn't have time for this"..smh. l called my insurance company and he still did not want to give them the address...scammer. But luckily my insurance company received my vehicle 4 days later( accident on a Friday). Please be very careful if you deal with Jason Hall. Horrible service at the worst time. read more

My vehicle was towed at 10:30 am, told me to schedule a time to pick up, I scheduled a time and kept giving me the turn around. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. He got upset when I told him to give me a set time because every time he said "30 more minutes" he left me hanging at the door and he wasn't there yet. Find a better place if you have the opportunity to do so. read more

Jason and this company came through when our car insurance company's "roadside assistance" failed. My wife was stranded in a parking lot while I was away at work and unable to leave. After waiting over an hour for the requested roadside assistance, a co-worker gave me Anytime Towing's number. They responded in a timely manner, and got my wife and her vehicle to the garage with no nonsense. (My insurance company had dispatched a towing service from over 40 miles away, with no ETA, and that towing company had a policy that they would NOT allow customers in the tow truck - which would have left my wife stranded at the roadside). After my truck was stolen in waco it was found in belton and after they found in belton this is by far the Absolute the worst service I ever had with a towing company the guy is very rude won't let me get any of my belongings out of the truck and is charging a shit load of money. DO NOT EVER USE THIS BUSINESS! In august of 2022 these guys wrecked my car on a simple towing job of moving it 3 miles down the road to my mechanic. Jason the owner would only fix it if I let his uncle do the work. He said it was only bumper damage. I had it assessed by an independent agent and there was also frame damage and headlight damage. He said he would only fix the bumper. So I hand to go through my insurance company to get my car fixed CORRECTLY. At the time he agreed to pay my $500 deductible and got out easy, as the actual damages were over 3 grand. When the time came, he refused to pay the $500 and was so nasty over the phone. Jason runs a horrible, dishonest business and cannot do the basic job he's supposed to do correctly. read more

This is the worse company I have ever dealt with. On 5 Jun 2022, my wife was hit by a Fort Hood Soldier, he ran a stop sign and had booze on his breath. He approached my van, and accused my wife of running a stop sign using a few four letter words yelling and saying he wanted her insurance information. My wife told him to back off, you call the police and I will call my husband. When I arrived at the scene about 18 minutes after I was called, the Belton Police had arrived. They were talking to the soldier, and then came and talked to my wife and me. Prior to his talking to us my wife told me he had booze on his breath. Initially, I just listened to the Officer who said he was giving a ticket to the soldier for running the stop sign and causing the accident, it was a good hour after I had arrived on the scene. I asked the officer if he could smell the breath of the soldier. He said not really, but 5 minutes later he was giving the soldier a soberity test. Lucky for the soldier that over an hour had lapsed when he was tested, because the Police said after he could smell the breath with the wind coming from a different direction, and that the soldier passed the test, so he had no cause to detain him further. Before the soldier left, he argued with the Policer officer and said my wife had a stop sign, the police officer could see from where my car had stopped that there was no stop sign. He told the soldier, walk back to the corner and find the stop sign, knowing there wasn't one. The soldier, I guess out of desperation walked back to the intersection, and then walked to his truck, driving off. In the meantime the Police had the dispatcher call a tow truck, to my misfortune, they called Anytime towing, from Belton. When the driver arrived, he asked were did we want the vehicle to go, I told him the chrysler dealer in Killeen. I asked him what would be the cost and without thinking said $400. I said what! for 20 miles and he said well let me call my boss. He said yep the boss said $400, he said if not he would take it to their lot. Now I have heard all the horror stories and have even watched a few eposiodes of towing on TV, letting them take my van to their lot was out of the question, as I saw visions 0f $100 bills flying away. So with only two choices, pay the $400 or get another tow truck company. I did not know who to call, and if I had called someone else, this company wanted something for coming our, and the other company may have wanted the same or more for the tow. So they towed the van to Maxwell Chrysler in Killeen, we left first and sat directly under the sign at the location of the new building. At least an hour passed and the driver had now shown up, suddenly we saw him driving on I 14, going pack to Belton, I had a hard time remembering the name of the company, did a quick qoogle and remember the name of the company and dialed the number. When the boss answered the phone he told me his driver sat at the dealership for over an hour. I said BS, we have been here all this time and we did not see him, until he was heading back down the road. The boss told me hey I am not going to listen to you call me a lier, your vehicle is on my truck and I own it. I tried to remain cool, and apologized to him. He said he would send the driver back. We sat another 30 minutes when we looked to our right and he was at the old building. so we started honking our horn and he saw us. Finally two hours later he dropped my van and the dealership. But not until he got paid when I handed him my debit card he said that they charge $5.00 for a credit card. It was not bad enough they were charging me $400, they want another $5 , I had no recourse and said ok. This company is a leach, the boss is arrogant, and lacks any respect for anyone he does not agree with. I do not recommed anyone to use this company, your better off calling another company or leaving the vehicle until the next day. And after all that 16 days later State Farm totaled my vehicle, prior to the 16th day they had said they were going to fix the vehicle. I hope the soldier learned a lesson. read more

We just got into a serious car accident during a terrible snow storm, hit a tree. called our own tow company however local police called these guys. When we got in contact with them to ask where our car was the guy who answered the phone was rude, voice was dripping with attitude and yelling at us over the phone. All we wanted to know was where our car was. We were able to walk away with our lives and get to safe shelter, our own tow company took a while since the weather is so dangerous. Why we got such disrespectful attitude on the phone is beyond me. read more

Got into an accident with a deer and the man who loaded my vehicle was nice and very helpful. Although when I called to ask for a copy of a receipt because the pink copy was illegible, he accused me of cheating their system by not having it towed to their lot. If I towed to it to their lot I would have been able to get a legible copy, but now I am denied the opportunity to do so. read more

Anytime Towing was a life saver. My granddaughter and I was broke down on I-35 and and it only took them 15 mins to get us and off the dangerous highway and their prices are very affordable. If I can give 0 stars, I would. We got into a car accident and the police had this company tow the vehicle. We were escorted with the ambulance to the hospital so we didn't get to see the car or take pictures of the damages. We went to their location and we're told the vehicle was in another location. We asked to see the vehicle to take pictures so we can send them to the insurance company and they got an attitude saying we needed to pay money TO TAKE PICTURES!!!! We called once again to get the address to the location so our insurance company can pick up the vehicle and right away they had attitude on the phone and yelling at us through the phone and not letting us even speak. He said if we wanted to take pictures we had to pay for it and the fuel "he'll be wasting". WHAT FUEL AND FOR WHAT?!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
