Unfortunately, that issue was overlooked until I specifically brought it up, and I was told to return after having the rattling addressed at Bill's Muffler Shop. Additionally, during service, my valve cover was not put back on -- something that should not have been missed. While it was eventually corrected, it adds to the oversight concerns. Because of these issues and lack of thoroughness on the first visit, I'm giving a 3-star rating. I appreciate the corrections made, but better attention to detail and communication would go a long way in improving the overall experience.
