Best towing I have used this far! My vehicle stoped working and my windows would go up (with rain on the forecast). My mechanic shop I had to town it to was staying open until 5:30 but my USAA towing would be more than 3hr wait. Not enough time. This company came to my rescue last minute and we made it in tile to the shop to put my car in the bed and keep it dry. Amazing service and communication! I recommend them! read more

If I can give negative stars I would PLEASE READ CAREFULLY I do not usually leave reviews on places let alone bad ones but after what was just done too me I felt so manipulated that I cannot leave another person too ever get treated the way I just did Long story short my trailer was overloaded and I had too send it back too houston on a heavy hauler Action towing by far was the cheapest quote they said that they can get it the next day no problem Okay so I had too leave my truck and trailer at a gas station and get a Uber too a hotel room a couple miles up the road also the gas station said I can only leave it there parked till the next day (Mind you my truck and trailer at this point is immovable) So on too the next day I get a phone call bright and early in the morning from the supposed manager with a bad attitude that's with action towing And he's just confirming details about the item that needs too be picked up.. after I answered his questions he said he's gonna send someone out About 30 minutes later he calls again and asks a couple more questions about my trailer but he sounded a bit annoyed at me then hung up Then about 15 minutes after that I had called him too ask him what's going on he said that they would be able too drop the trailer off I complied and said that's fine Then about an hour later he calls me and says they can't do the load Mind you I've spoken too these people over 10 times in the last 24 hours too confirm they can get it for sure and each time they confirmed I was only able too leave my trailer there for 24 action towing wasted 20 out of 24 of those hours Now I'm stuck and have too find a company too do a rush service that will be very expensive They wanted until the literal last second And then when speaking too the manager asking why say you can do something when you can't He hung up on my face. Didn't even let me finish Didn't even say a word just hung up. If your getting anything out of this or if your still even reading this Please avoid this company I will be taking what they've done too me today too the bbb and I will do whatever it takes too make sure that they receive the proper consequences for there actions You can't treat someone horribly and throw them away and say not my problem at the very last second Ps. This all happened after the manager found out what type of work I do and my ethnicity so maybe he's just racist I'm not sure but regardless this company is cruel and shrewd read more

Service was horribl!!!!! They towed my car and charged me 700$ just to get it back and they charged a whole day fee when it was only there for 5 hours at max. Not including it was their fault it got up to 5 hours because I had to wait on them.I'm EXTREMELY Disappointed with the way I was treated when I asked politely for them to lower the cost because it wasn't there for a whole day yet they started arguing with me and raising their voice. Some of my family and friends have also ran into the the same encounter that I had with poor service and upcharges. When I finally was able to get my car after HAVING to pay 700$ there was a scratch on the side of my bumper and when I brought this to their attention they said they couldn't do nothing about it as "it could've already been there". Being treated this way is so upsetting and I feel like I shouldn't be treated this way. I feel like the service of this company and how they treat their customers is absolutly unacceptable and needs to be brought into light. No one and I mean no one should ever be treated this way,and I even heard some one say "ugly pig" and oink oink when I left the facility. This behaviour is unacceptable and I'm 6 months pregnant please don't come here at all. Save your business For a company that actually cares for their clients and know how to treat and respect them. read more

My Angels answered my Prayers - Dec 29, 2019 I was driving back to Austin after taking my mother out to dinner on her birthday. My warning lights came on that all 4 tires were very low. I pulled into the HEB gas station to get air but the machine was broken and out of service. Action towing was there getting gas and I ask him if it was safe to drive to Austin. He open my car door to get the amount of PSI and he had all the tools on his tow vehicle including an air compressor. He quickly filled all my tires and Wished me a Merry Christmas at (No Charge) I was on my way home safely without stressing about being stranded in the dark. My husband got pulled over and the car had to be towed on new years eve. i thought i would get my car back in two more days but the owner was nice enough to go do my paper work that day and actually be super nice to us. Richard, the owner and driver, is great. He was so kind and helpful. Unfortunately, my friend and I had to have a car towed after being in an accident and Action Towing was called. Richard introduced himself, asked us about our well being, and then took care of the vehicle. He dropped us off at a taxi stand and we arranged to meet up at the lot to get the things out of the vehicle after we got checked out at the hospital. We went to the wrong lot, he has one in Copperas Cove and Killeen, and despite being VERY busy he showed up and led the way to the correct one.
