    I can't say enough about the wonderful service I received from Mother and Sons moving…read more From the initial phone call with Gloria, to the day of the actual move, I was treated like the most important customer they had. Emilio and Jonathan showed up on time and worked through the afternoon loading and unloading my stuff, even my heavy gym equipment we had to hoist up the stairs. They treated my stuff with respect, even taking the time to wash their hands every time they touched my white couches. Everything arrived in one piece. We spent a lot of time talking, and they left me feeling like we were friends. If you want personal care and attention during your move, ask for Jonathan and Emilio!

They damages our new Bed frame and Dressers as they stuffed very tightly in their truck what I have noticed. When I sent all damaging photos to the owner for damage claim, she replied me saying that those damages were pre existing and I hid it with the duct tape. She thinks that I invested my time and efforts in hiding all the damages with "Blue" color duct tape on "White" bed frame (imagine Blue tape to hide all damages on White color furniture) instead of packing 3 bedrooms house that includes state to state moving before moving day and removed all the duct tapes after we moved for the damage claim before sending pictures to her. I mean If i want to hide pre damages I would use similar color or lighter shade of the duct tape and not the bright color tape on White furniture . Her and movers assumptions are very poor. She accused me all this by sending email and after reading email When I called her to explain she disconnected the phone without listening anything. This shows the level of her professionalism. Guys DO NOT HIRE THEM. The driver removed an owl statue from our property without informing us or asking for our permission. He touched our property without our permission. The driver kept some parts of our couch while packing and then could not find those parts after the move. He wasted a lot of time there. He even misplaced some nails for the headboard, he told us he will get it from Home Depot which he dint. One of the crew member use bathroom and did not flush properly, leaving a mess for which my maid charged me extra to clean Someone from moving crew packed one of the table lamp with a delicate shade "inside" a memory foam mattress. I'm sure she will claim it was pre-damaged as well and make a false statement about it. Attaching damaged lamp shade photos here Owner thinks that we were living with all damaged furniture and blaming it on movers for their carelessness. She purposely said to pay 90 % of the moving amount three days before moving day so we wouldn't have a chance to look for different movers. The remaining 10 % was to be paid before unloading, which means you have no leverage if you notice any damages after unloading because the full amount has already been paid.
