Emilio and Jonathan showed up on time and worked through the afternoon loading and unloading my stuff, even my heavy gym equipment we had to hoist up the stairs. They treated my stuff with respect, even taking the time to wash their hands every time they touched my white couches. Everything arrived in one piece. We spent a lot of time talking, and they left me feeling like we were friends. If you want personal care and attention during your move, ask for Jonathan and Emilio!

The first worry I had was when they showed up on moving day and said their truck was too big, so they had to go get a smaller truck - would be back in 1.5 hours. I talked them out of that but it was a struggle. I did not realize they wanted to charge for the drive to our location, drive time from home A to home B (including their breaks), and back to their office. The move costed much more than I had understood it would. They knocked down the mailbox on their way out. I have no idea why. We gave them lunch and a small tip. They never answered that they would pay to have it fixed - never said a word about it - just kept driving! I emailed the owner and he never made any of this right. Don't let this happen to you.

Booked service with Phil 413 on a monday for thurs later in the week. I tried calling to confirm…read morethe same day I made reservations he sent to vm and sent a template for me to fill out. I filled out the form. Never heard from them. Weds (day before service) i call, he send to vm with message of "in meeting". I send him text to respond if he is going to do the job... no answer. At this point i contact uhaul (made reservations thru them) and they call him. He responds and then tells them I did not fill out the form... its in my text messages... Answered all seven questions. He (phil 413) then send me a text saying I didnt complete the form so they cont confirm job. He wants to know what's in each box specifically... wtf? Thats his reverse game cuz he dropped the ball and never acted in a professional business manner by contacting me so he tries to shift blame on me. I've moved due to work several times in two years and use uhaul for moving services never one have I been asked to tell the movers what specifically is in each box. Avoid this guy hes trued to gas light, very unprofessional with careless bedside business manners.
