I went to pay them and went to the wrong address after taking the directions I proceeded to go a different way. I got stuck in sugar sand. If you've ever had to deal with sugar sand you'll know just what I'm talking about. I called their office and told them that I would be a little later than I anticipated because of what happened and he and his wife personally came to help me. Who does that these days! I have been to his office and talked to him about the problems and requested repairs. The roof was completed in May 2017. I have been trying to get his company to do the repairs ever since. Nothing has been done. I do not recommend this company to do business with.

Unprofessional and charging for materials never delivered. 07/31/19 Two (2) weeks earlier made…read morearrangements to have three (3) alcan aluminum windows inside mouldings replaced. When the Service man (Josh) arrived he came in with what appeared to be 6 or 7 scraps of moulding. I showed him the 3 windows and asked him if he had adequate materials. He said yes. He began working on one side of the double window. When he finished he announced he did not have any more moulding. The would have to order it. 1. He lied originally about the material!. 2. He left all the broke old moulding on the carpet. 3. Upon inspection the A. was coming out and B. parts was dirty (This is important because he would later lie to the Office Manager about cleaning it.) I immediately went down to the business. Greeted by the young girl who wrote the Order but as I began to explain the female Office Manager intervened. I had pictures on my phone which I allowed them to transfer to their printer. Office manager refigured the job. More materials needed but the original should have done 2 windows. She claimed on order. She stated that Josh had not returned yet with ticket. It would cost me more, the product would be in a week and they would correct and complete the work. THAT WAS 3 WEEKS AGO. The Office Manager called when the Service tech got back. He claims he cleaned moulding. (Mineral Spirits, thats where the lie comes in.) No, explanation for "Trashing" the living room! Although, this company has years in Highlands County it is being serviced by "Children" who have absolutely NO Professional understanding. Result: Over charged for Materials never received. Poor Installation and complete disrespect for Customers personal property.

They want $1950.00 as a deposit to make an appt. when they won't show up until 4 1/2 months later, to do the job. I guess they have no working capital and are expecting to work on your money.
