I have had technicians out at least 6 times and they don't know how to fix it. I feel appliances should work for more than a couple of years. I spoke with the manager, and he said he couldn't do anything and to call the manufacturer, Sharp. I would have been happy if he offered me a discount to replace the microwave after all the business I have given them over the years. If you buy from Bill Smith, take out a 5-year warranty on all appliances and be prepared to get many visits from their technicians that will cost a fortune.

I had a vehicle custom built and delivered to Porsche Fort Myers. She disregarded those requests, along with my personal property and personal well-being, and sold me a warranty under false pretenses that required the vehicle interior to be chemically treated. She also sold me a 2-year maintenance agreement under false pretenses that it was "35% off current price." The reality- the purchase price was nearly 30% more than what is listed on Porsche's website. Their finance manager also ignored my repeated requests for clear windshield tint and had the windshield tinted with an illegal level of Visible Light Transmission (VLT). Their shop also applied ceramic coating to the windshield's exterior. Their end product is subpar, leaving the windshield with noticeable streaks (i.e., swimming effect). When I contacted the finance manager about these issues, she backpedaled on her promises, offering only to remove the shoddy work and denied a refund for the unusable ceramic coating or illegal product application.
