I came in today for my 1230 appointment and called Juan at 12:30 and told him I was running a…read morelittle late because we made an appointment for 1 PM which was originally made at 2:30 PM and Juan told me that his technician wasn't doing anything so when we got it here, we could perform the Works, which is what I put in the notes and requested. I walked in spoke to Sean who was absolutely the most non-welcoming human I've ever met. He told me when we brought the car in at 1 PM that it would be 4 PM that we could pick the car up. I got a bill for $115 for only an oil change and the rotation was never done. You advertise a service called the Works, which is what I always get when I come here but that was not performed as I requested. It's now 4:02 PM and I'm waiting now for a tire rotation after I refuse to pay my $115 bill and Sean offered to give me the car for the price of the Works but didn't do the rotation so now we're waiting to get the rotation done. What kind of operation are you guys running here? I asked to speak to the service manager earlier when I spoke to Sean, but he said he wasn't here today. I come to find out that he's on vacation for the next week. Welcome back scott. Someone needs to figure out your service dept. I bought 3 Broncos from y'all. I had no idea that I was gonna spend all day waiting for my car to get an oil change and rotation. The ownership replied to my review as you can see, but they have never contacted me. Never. Liars.

On my drive home, the truck had a maintenance issue (tire pressure monitors stopped working). This should have been a simple fix when we took it back in 2 days later. Instead, we drove all the way back out there 25 miles only to be told that they could not fix the issue that day. Since then they have been completely unresponsive. We will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Buyers beware!!

It dropped 2 more times and $2,000 more dollars and not a single phone call. Then when I called to make the purchase, they added nearly $3,000 dollars in bogus fees that they said "could not be removed" and then it was, "well, could you meet us in the middle?" The internet price said, "all dealership fees included" but that simply wasn't true...they waste your time to haggle for every last dollar. I would not recommend.

Then I was told just come back in a couple days and they would scrounge up the floor mats and owners manual. Needless to say I showed back up talked to a young kid out in the front lobby who said he needed to talk to the managers about it. The managers were in the middle office playing grab ass and messing with a golfing putter or one of the clubs. The kid came back out and told me they said I could print the owners manual off line and pretty much get stuffed on the floor mats. I will never do business with these folks again. Someone who spends $50,000.00 on a car should be taken better care of, better than what these guys have done.

I had the worst experience in my life. On our way to south padre island my Jeep started to leak oil…read more13 minutes away from this shop. My Jeep started to overheat and need to be fixed ASAP. We decided to go to this shop since it was the closest one and the Jeep dealership was too busy and would not look at it until the next day. We were desperate and went to the closest shop that was not busy. I can see why they were not busy now. They told me that they "THINK" My Jeeps PCV valve was leaking engine oil which needed to be replaced which cost me $219 and "MAYBE" that would fix they problem. I agreed because I was desperate to leave Corpus Christi. They told me it would be ready in 2 1/2 hours. They called me after 2 1/2 hours saying they broke the PCV valve hose but which could be fixed the next day. I disagreed to that because I had to be back in San Antonio the next day. When we went back to get the Jeep we first looked under the hood and they did not put the engine cover back on, they were going to keep it if we hadn't realized. When we drove the Jeep around the block the engine light was on, which was not on before we came to this shop. There was finger prints all over my Jeep. It was over priced for the service they provided. I would give zero stars if I could. I would not recommend anybody to come here.

Was referred to this shop by Discount tire, I came in for an alignment so my new tires would not be…read moreruined again. The mechanic Matt showed me the before and after alignment papers. When I left, I couldn't believe the difference it made! You guys definitely have won a lifetime customer!
