I had no CEL's before going in. Not less than 10 minutes after leaving light comes on. Little do they know I keep a reader on hand. Get home, check, boom P0130. Look underneath and magically my O2 sensor loosened and is still in the bung but wobbling around. Re-tightened the sensor, cleared the code. Good for the last 100+ miles. The fat fu*k who performed the inspection should be canned, but he'd probably just find another job at another inspection place ripping people off. I previously had a good experience here. Never again. Hope it was worth the filter upsell and windshield wipers. I can't wait till they get rid of shiesty f*cks like these places. If it wasn't for the few measly dollars you bring in for the State your ass would be out of business in a heartbeat. Good thing it's pretty easy to find other inspection stations.

The problem with this salesman who answered the phone is he wouldn't give me a straight answer. If that business does not have the expertise to do this work, he should have been honest enough to refer me to a more knowledgeable professional. I don't have time to get their $139.95 diagnostic that I don't need because it is just a routine maintenance issue which doesn't need an overpriced analysis, trying to get me to approve unnecessary work. Don't waste time and money with this place.

Took it back for warranty and was told, now it was the rear main seal leak . Took it to another shop for main seal repair.I was told they found, no leak in main sea after removing the transmission, but did say oil pan was leaking. Had them repair oil pan and main seal, since transmission and engine were already separated (cost $1200.00 plus). Do not expect a fair treatment for any warranty work from this place.

PETER was the mechanic who specifically told me multiple times a NEW compressor was needed. PETER never discussed a reman. My car was ready for pick up the next day. I asked for paperwork of everything they replaced. They said no worries will email you. NEVER received an email. I called that following Monday, because my car had NEW sounds and the fan was struggling to run.PETER SAID NOT TO WORRY! My husband brought the car up there that Friday after the air stopped working, and I was told PETER NEVER showed up to work that day. We asked to speak to the general manager, they said they would have the district manager call us. Adam who is the district manager for grease monkey called, and was very disrespectful. Taking no accountability for what his mechanic who obviously didn't do the job correctly. We demanded for a different mechanic to see what the issue was. Adam sent one over who again didn't know what he was doing and my husband told the mechanic to not to put STOPS LEAK in the system. Well he did anyways! My husband took pics as he was walking to car to see what the mechanic was doing. We told Adam what happened and again nothing but attitude. He sent over another mechanic from a different shop, but we were grateful for that, because Greyson found the paperwork and seen 2 reman AC compressors were put into the car, and grease monkey charged me for 2 AC compressors! The first one had a leak and so does the second AC compressor! We told Adam and he could care less what we found making excuses and basically calling us liars! I HAVE THAT RECORDED! We took our vehicle to another shop, who did a diagnostic on it. My car has 5k worth of damage because of grease monkey! I have Freon leaking from the reman AC compressor, and the rest of the components are trashed from STOPS LEAK! Adam also stated they are losing money! WELL IF YOU DID THE JOB CORRECTLY YOU WOULDN'T HAVE HAD TO REFUND MONEY! Adam also refused to give us his bosses # Jerry Bonnet, but because what I do for a living. I found an email and sent over the issues! We are dealing with corporate in hope they compensate for the damages they caused. If not, we are taking legal action! We have also reported Grease monkey to the BBB!

When we got there, they told us what was going on, gave us the options with zero upselling, and got us back on the road. This place does not try to take advantage of people from out of town. They turned around what could have been a miserable vacation and ended up saving the trip. Can't recommend them enough.

Being a student, I could not afford what the shop quoted me for :( I asked a friend for a recommendation and she introduced me to Luis! He looked over my car and said that the power steering pump is leaking slightly and could be replaced, but its wasn't necessary right now if I was short on money. He quoted me $250 lower than the other shop to have the heater hose and distributor replaced! . I appreciate Luis's honesty in what repairs were needed for my car and for being more more affordable. Definitely will be back in the future to have the power steering pump replaced. Thank you Luis!
