This was my first time visiting this shop, and honestly, I regret choosing this location for my inspection. I trusted them with my vehicle and expected professional service. Instead, I left dealing with damage to my wheel and tire and a frustrating experience trying to get answers afterward. I documented the damage immediately with photos and video. I also photographed the lift area, where I observed fresh marks and material that appeared to match the damage on my wheel. The damage was fresh, visible, and discovered immediately after the service. I brought it to the attention of the staff right away. After inspecting the damage themselves, I was still told that it did not happen at the shop. That explanation made little sense to me given the condition of the wheel, the fresh damage, and what I observed near the lift. What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of transparency afterward. I requested access to the security camera footage so I could understand exactly what happened and review the facts for myself, but that request was denied. If the damage did not occur during the service, reviewing the footage could have helped clear up any misunderstanding. I initially believed they would stand behind their work and do the right thing. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Instead, I was left dealing with repair estimates, replacement costs, lost time, and the stress of trying to resolve the issue on my own. Customers trust businesses like this with vehicles worth tens of thousands of dollars. Professionalism, accountability, and transparency matter. Based on my experience, that trust was misplaced. What should have been a simple state inspection turned into one of the most frustrating automotive service experiences I have ever had. Unfortunately, I wish I had gone somewhere else. Took my car in for an inspection sticker yesterday. Tech noted a bit of oil dripping from the car. I knew that was happening but didn't have anyone I trusted to fix it (got very bad service from a different mechanic on the same issue in the past). In the seven years I've spent in the area, I've never come across a gas-station owner as thoughtful and sincere as Fred. First and foremost, they do a GREAT job, and their prices are unbeatable.
