We brought our 2023 Toyota Prius to Venture to diagnose an intermittently failing heating system. Venture took it to a Toyota dealer to check if it was under warranty. It was not, and the dealer repair quote came to a startling $11,000. They said the compressor and condenser were damaged due to running the system after a hole (from a stone?) had caused all fluid to leak out. The parts and labor are specialized. Venture suggested our making an insurance claim. The adjuster's offer using aftermarket parts was much lower. We chose to have Venture do the repair with aftermarket parts for $2300 (competitive with the insurance offer). They returned the car to us with the interior detailed. Now, a couple of weeks later, the system continues to work reliably. Rich, the owner, is thoughtful and communicative, and kept us apprised of all details concerning the damage and the repair. They do great work and you will see car enthusiasts hanging out with them frequently at the garage. I always bring my vehicles there and found the work to be exceptional. My Mom and I have both had good experiences here! They checked out my car and sent me to the dealership for something coved by Toyota. He didn't charge me anything, and even gave me printed info to take to the dealership. Then a few weeks back, my Mom's battery died. I called them up and they took care of it that day. We have both had car inspirations done here too. Just waited a short time... they took the keys, did the inspection and away you go! read more

We've never had repairs done at this service station so I can't weigh in on that aspect of the business but as a gas station this place is top notch. I've been stopping here for years in the morning/afternoon on my commute to Boston. The guys are always polite and accommodating. It's a full serve station and the prices are reasonable. They often wash my window while I wait for a fill up. They're prompt to the pump and don't wander off so I'm always quickly on my way. Based on this service I would consider having repair work done. My only suggested improvement would be later hours, I have on occasion had to go to the nearby Hess after hours. read more

Our family used to be faithful customers to this locally owned business. However, today I was completely humiliated by their staff when I called to report that the auto car wash next door that they are affiliated with had stopped working as soon as it dumped soap all over my car and then proceeded to turn off and leave me trapped inside the garage. When I called them fir help, the guy answering announced to multiple people in the background that "she's trapped in the car wash" and multiple people, including a woman, were heard very clearly laughing. The guy had to stifle a giggle to say he'd send someone out. The man who came out to me also was not wearing a mask. He claimed to not know what I was talking about when I said that I was upset by their lack of respect and understanding of the faulty equipment that caused this. Sadly this was a disturbing enough interaction that my family will never be using their services and definitely not that car wash ever again. read more

Been going here for years now, unfortunately they have lost a customer. Went in for a state inspection at 7:59am and the guy tells me to come back in 10-15 min because the state wont allow inspections that early. Fyi, the hours start at 8am. My bad for being a minute early.. The guy looked new, not sure where the old crew was but I'll tell ya, this guy has no clue. Used to get everything done at this place, nice people and local. The business has changed and is reflected by the poor reviews. I'm done with these guys. read more

I decided to try them out for an oil change. I called over in the morning at 8:40, said they could take me at 9. Took about 15-20 minutes. It was $32 with tax and they gave me a slip for a free carwash across the parking lot to use within 30 days. They were nice, convenient, great price, and I'd do it again. They said they were going to continue the deal for a while, so good for everyone. read more

Have an older 99 saab 9-5 se that is in need of some TLC, car has been in family since it was purchased. SAT was a great find, they recently fixed my timing belt (was bad and engine was running rough) and saw a few other areas that they thought showed address to get another few years out of this car. Reserved a U-Haul several weeks in advance. Then was notified one day before scheduled pickup that i had to go to Gardner, MA. Not good.

If I could give them zero stars.... I would. I have brought my vehicle there for 9 years because of the proximity to my job. Over the years they have performed unauthorized work on my car and was told to either come up with the money, or you're not getting your car. The most recent display of unethical, unprofessional, and complete disrespect came this past week. I purchased a "bundle package" for about $150 last fall. This included oil changes, a free car wash at their crappy car wash, and a few other miscellaneous items. Later last year I purchased a new vehicle and was given free oil changes and discounted services from that dealership. Essentially making the package bundle I purchased from the shop of no value to me. Being a customer of their's for 9 painful years, I figured they would be willing to work with me to either use that money I gave them to receive something in return, or a refund. It is the equivalent to buying an article of clothing, bringing it home to realize it doesn't fit, and then bringing it back to the store and the cashier saying you can not get another one or your money back. THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES!!! DISRESPECTFUL, UNEDUCATED, UNPROFESSIONAL THIEVES!!! Unless you want to go there to get gas at a station that rarely opens on time, I would HIGHLY recommend NOT bringing your vehicle there. read more

I had expensive repair work done here and from the interactoins I had with the employees they all seemed nice and helpful. However upon picking up my car I found that all of my personal items in the glove compartment and center console had been gone through and thrown about the car. With a few of the more valuable items missing. These people are nothing more then common criminals, I will never stop here again and neither should anyone else. read more
