Wish I didn't have to do this BUT I had a bad experience here. Amy's demeanor was strange at our appointment. She barely spoke to me and I just didn't feel comfortable throughout the whole appointment. When it was all over and she showed me my brows they looked horrible. Way too thick and DARK. She assured me that that was normal and they would fade and shrink in time. They didn't. I had to get them removed. I did the patch removal twice! I spent more to remove them than to get them. I cannot recommend this business. I'm sorry. I plan to drive to Houston to get my brows redone properly. read more

I did the consultation appointment prior to my combo brow appointment and at that time told Amy that I wanted my brows the same size as my natural eyebrows. A week later I had my combo brow appointment and when they were drawn on pre-tattoo, I told her they were too large and I wanted to keep to my natural brows. I ended up with huge brows that were drawn on outside my natural eyebrows. They were also misshaped with one eyebrow noticeably a different shape. All I wanted was enhancing my natural brows but Amy did what she wanted. I consulted two other artists to look at the work by AP brow studio and they confirmed it was a botched job. I had to pay for emergency removal in the first 48 hours post my initial session. The studio that did my removal said I was NOT their first emergency removal from AP Brow studio. I wish I would have followed my gut after my initial consult appointment. I didn't feel like she listened or wanted to do what I requested (size, shape, natural looking, etc). Tattoos on your face are not worth taking any chances! Avoid this place! Save your money and go to another eyebrow artist! read more

At first, I was super scared of getting this done and because of that I put it off but a friend told me about Amy and so I gave this a shot and I'm so happy that I did. Amy is very knowledgeable about the process and gave me a lot of information and even a cute care package to take with me that she created. The care package contained all the aftercare I needed :)! The process wasn't painful for me what so ever and Amy was fun to chill with during the downtime =^-^= I was very particular about how I wanted my brows to be styled and Amy was very understanding throughout this process. It was a bit scary going into the appointment. I wasn't sure what the outcome was going to be, and I was anxious, especially since my face was involved. Upon completion, I was startled at how dark and different my brows were, although it was already explained. In a few days, they softened as described. Amy's work is just as good, if not better than the pictures she posts. The transformation of my brows and confidence is absolutely amazing! Plus, it's great to have one less thing to do in the morning!! I wish I would've known about this sooner. I am beyond satisfied and highly recommend. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Do NOT go to this stylist, AMY POLLARD! To book an appt, you have to legally sign a contract agreeing to not post about a negative experience online and to instead reach out to stylist for resolution. This is why you see little negative reviews, I'm sure. We all hope to give her a fair chance to o make right. She DOES NOT offer correction or any kind of resolution! She instead tells you a bunch of bs then says, "good luck with your brows" and blocks you. This is HIGHLY unprofessional and left me stuck with messed up eyebrows! There is also a line that she made a mistake that is under my arch that I now have to have laser removed!! Ladies, PLEASE don't make the mistake I did. She is HORRIBLE and very expensive and doesn't offer corrections or touch up if you give her any kind if dissatisfied feedback (even when given kindly, as I did), even though in her form when booking before you pay the says to come to her if not satisfied for resolution. That was a LIE. NO RESOLUTION OFFERED! She also was very rude, saying I took up much of her time. I didn't like the mapping shape so I asked her to do them a bit thinner...well yes they are going to be on MY face and I'm paying you over $600 (for just the 1st session)to put a permanent tattoo on MY FACE...If I don't like what you drew, I am going to ask for them to be done differently!!!! Period!!! I had her redo shaping once and she said no one ever does that...sooo, you service is to accommodate me & what I want in my face!!! People don't post the truth because she makes you agree to no post anything negative and makes you think there will be legal repercussions if posting the truth anywhere or she will not make right...well she doesn't resolve or correct anything anywhere SO here I am... I initially had my eyebrows done with Amy in December 2018. I have thick enough eyebrows, but they were uneven and not shaped correctly. Amy did a combo blade/shade on my brow and they look AMAZING. Her work is quality, my healing time was minimal and my eyebrows look phenomenal- even better than I had hoped for! (In fact, my brows look SO good that I had a professional holiday photo shoot during and the makeup artist was so impressed with my brows that she didn't even touch them with any makeup because she said they were already so perfectly shaped and colored!) Amy is passive aggressive and unprofessional, mean and bullying! Run!!! I let her know I was running a few minutes behind (it was 7 to be exact) due to a phone call from someone who had just lost their son. She was stone cold and said she had other clients behind me. I asked if she normally took the full two hours booked and another question about the process to which she responded "Oh, I guess you didn't read anything online." I obviously had, but for my first PMU appt, I also had very appropriate questions during the numbing process when you can still talk. I apologized that my two questions were clearly annoying to her, then she walked out for 10 minutes. When she came back, she said the appt I'd paid a deposit for and scheduled two hours of my work day for would now be a consult. She'd drawn on my brows, so I asked her to take off the markings, so I could leave. She said she didn't have alcohol to remove the dots all around my eyebrows. So I left with marked up, numb eyebrows...at least I can fix that when I get home. I can't however get back the wasted time and unnecessary drama. She may be talented (I cannot attest to that since my service wasn't completed), but Amy needs some time to grow up personally before I would trust her professionally. read more
