I recently relocated to Dallas and needed a new lash tech...so I tried Vienna's. My first appointment was with Rebecca. She took a long time but my lashes were gorgeous so I didn't mind. A few lashes fell out immediately, but I didn't mind (I believed this was normal). Little did I know this was the beginning of a tragedy...over the next few day my lashes continued to fall out. By day 7, I only had a few left and scheduled another appointment. My next appointment was with Jocelyn (the owner). When I walked in she exclaimed "dang girl, your lashes are struggling". I let her know about my experience..she proceeded to tell me "there may be something wrong with your pH" (btw, I'm a doctor. This is complete BS). Jocelyn applied my lashes, and again, they were gorgeous! However, within 72hrs my lashes were completely gone. They would fall out mid-conversation. One day, I gave my boyfriend a hug and when he stepped back...he had multiple lashes on shirt...HOW EMBARRASSING?! Their Instagram posts are terribly misleading because: yes, they look good when you first get them done, but, they don't last longer than 5 days (so what's the point?) She even has a privacy screen blocking the table from the rest of the house, I felt very comfortable and relaxed. In fact, it's even better because there's no trouble parking!
