Once insurance approved the repairs, they got started right away and didn't stop working until it was done, and our house looks great. We've had a couple restoration jobs in the past and no other company was as careful and did such a good job separating the demo space from the rest of the house. They were even able to spare our granite countertops and cabinets in the kitchen. Matt responded within minutes to all of our texts and answered all of our questions (and there were a lot). After the repairs were done, they put back all of our furniture and thoroughly cleaned our house. I highly recommend if you need restoration or general home improvement. We would definitely use them again.

Worst experience ever from Corey in August 2018. I was referred by United Drying company. They have a set up where one is referred and they automatically come in make you sign to do the work especially when its your first time dealing with a leak. I had called and asked for a quote and they won't come out unless you agree to sign with them. Gave me a huge quote difference from my insurance adjuster. To me these guys did not seem trustworthy, just a gut feeling I got. So I decided not dissolve the contract...this is when it all went down hill. Corey came and I signed so he can give me a quote AND I also signed a document that said if you chose not to do the contract you have within a 72 hours period to get your deposit of $1000 back. After not hearing from Corey or his company after 2 days. He said he will call or text me the next day to set up the logistics of how his team can work on the house when I am at work but I did not hear from them. So, after the initial consultation I got other FREE quotes and decided I don't want to work with this company. I called him about 48 hours later to cancel but no answer and so I completed the form to dissolve the contract and emailed it to them. Not too long afterwards I get a text from him saying that is fine. A couple of days later he texted me again saying that he had started ordering stuff already...as I had thought he would do so they can keep my deposit. I asked for the invoices that he had done all the ordering of supplies or whatever he said he order...he said "we don't do invoices until the job is worked on" yet...he said he ordered supplies so he will keep my deposit. I didn't really want to deal this this bs so I hope. He also said that they will take "$750" for all the work that has been done to prepare for this job. So far I have not seen my $250 back... I would never recommend a company like this or United Drying to anyone. As they have this ring of referrals and automatically think that they will do the job and push you to sign contracts with deposits.

Amazing the devastation a tiny leak can cause! The insurance co. sent over the plumbers to find and fix the source of the water leak. In the process, they tore out walls, carpet and recently remodeled kitchen cabinets. Painful to watch your home get torn apart! The plumbers packed it up and left us bewildered at the sight of our wrecked home. We lucked out when we picked Paradigm from a list of contractors the insurance adjuster gave us. I can't say enough good things about Corey, the guy in charge at Paradigm. It's the first time I've had to deal with water damage like this; and it's been a relief to have Corey just take over and make it all better. The guys that Paradigm sent to restore kitchen cabinets, replace the ripped-out drywall, and repaint were very professional and did an amazing job. They showed up when they were supposed to, did excellent work and cleaned up before they left. Honestly, I don't have a single complaint. My home not only looks like it never happened; it looks all fresh and new! They matched the texture and color of my existing walls exactly! (not easy to do: one was a specific chamois color that I was sure they would not be able to get right. The painter nailed it on the very first try. Amazing!) I couldn't be happier and I love that I now have a team of skilled electricians, carpenters, and painters to turn to in the future, that I know will do a great job for me. Months later, I became very sick and couldn't shake the feeling that something in the home was contributing to it. Out of desperation, we called Bud and he showed up the same day. He immediately confirmed an additional leak we didn't even know about, and found 100% moisture in the walls of my bedroom. The relief I felt finally getting answers was indescribable. That confirmation meant everything. When we had to leave that rental in an emergency and move into a new place, Bud came out again that very day to check the new home. He alleviated my fears and verified that the house was clean. Mold illness is real absolutely real and it can completely change your life. I needed to write this review because I'm beyond grateful for Bud's integrity, responsiveness, and the way he dropped everything to help when I truly needed it. It's not raining and the sprinklers aren't on, so she goes downstairs to investigate and finds the entire downstairs flooded, water still gushing from a burst kitchen pipe. I run down to join her, and we spend the next several hours mopping up and hauling furniture out to the back patio. Around 3:45 a.m. I call our insurer, then do a quick search for reviews of locally owned water damage contractors and call All Dry Services of Riverside. The owner, Joe Daquino, calls me back just minutes after my message and says he'll have his crew out by 6:30, if not sooner. He arrives on time, surveys the damage, and lays out a plan on the spot: demolition first, then drying out, then remodeling the downstairs and putting everything back the way it was. Over the next few months, Joe and his crew showed up every single day, on time. They worked quickly and professionally, cleaned up at the end of every day, and handled every task with real care and a positive attitude. I've owned several houses in my day but had never dealt with extensive water damage, so I didn't know what to expect. Like a lot of people in that spot, I took a leap of faith -- and I'm thankful I did, because Joe and company have performed beyond my expectations. I started this review with 5 Stars + so you'd know that if you ever go through what we did, you can make that call to Joe with total confidence that you've got a team of professionals who will take the best care of you, honestly and diligently. From the first day, we were concerned about how our home and belongings were treated. We have video of an employee throwing one of our boxes onto a table, which was dismissed as "just hats" when we complained. We also have video of an employee tripping over our robot vacuum and causing it to flip several times. Accidents happen, but no one even told us it happened so we could check it for damage. Employees also walked throughout our home without shoe coverings, and our carpet was inadequately protected with old rags rather than proper floor protection, leaving it in worse condition. The most frustrating issue involved our sauna. BEFORE they moved it, I specifically explained how it needed to be moved safely. Those instructions were disregarded, causing the sauna to separate in a way it was not designed to. They then placed it directly onto flooring that still had adhesive from our removed peel-and-stick vinyl without protecting the bottom. Zero common sense of anything like " ohh, this concrete is as about as sticky as flypaper. Let's NOT put a five thousand dollar sauna straight onto the floor with the adhesive!" We now have to have the bottom of our sauna cleaned and sanded to remove the adhesive. The owner never took any responsibility for this or acknowledge the fact that something could have been done very differently. Their mitigation setup also created concerns. They drained equipment into a bucket that was far too small, leaving US responsible for repeatedly emptying it to prevent it from overflowing and potentially causing MORE water damage. The plastic barriers that they put up when the machines were here, were not properly secured, and then we were blamed for the fact that they fell down. The owner even sent somebody out to staple them up on the walls, his employees did not follow instructions, we informed him, and there was nothing done about it. What bothered us most was the response when we raised these issues with the owner. Rather than taking responsibility for the actions of the employees his company sent into our home, our concerns were largely dismissed or responsibility was deflected. Regarding the bucket, his response was essentially, "I never told them to do that." Regarding the sauna, he offered to come back and "fix" it, but also saying that it "wasn't damaged or broken" without even having come by to see what had happened nor did he acknowledge his employees were the ones who mistreated it after disregarding the instructions I specifically gave them. The owner even acknowledged to us that his employees did not listen to him nor do they communicate with him because when we advised him about our robot being flipped, he says "this is the first time i'm hearing about this" so his own staff do not properly report events either. The lack of professionalism escalated further when an employee yelled at my husband over a containment barrier that had fallen because it was not properly secured. When I intervened and asked why he was yelling at my husband, he stormed out. We then captured him on video outside referring to me as "this bitch is on my dick" while speaking on the phone. Having your home torn apart after water damage is stressful enough. You should not also have to worry about workers damaging your belongings, failing to protect your home, or being disrespectful when legitimate concerns are raised. We documented multiple incidents, including video. Based on our experience and the lack of accountability when these issues were brought to the owner, I would absolutely not recommend this company. Keep them far away from your house, like we intend to do in not having them come back to put our property back in the house.... I'm definitely not signing up for a second round of disrespect to our property and mansplaining about how nothing was their fault even in the face of documentation of quite the opposite.
