Integrity Restoration Pros has truly been a lifesaver to us. We had a massive oopsie with our bathtub which caused our entire master bathroom to flood and it seeped through to our living room downstairs and even part of the kitchen. We called on a Sunday evening and their team showed up within an hour! They took the time that night to scan the whole house and explain everything to us, even assisting my husband with his initial call to our insurance company to file the claim. They have remained in contact with our insurance every step of the way so far, taking a huge weight off our shoulders. That very first night they set up everything they could and came back first thing in the morning for all the demo work. They set up containments and ensured our family could safely have access to the most needed areas of our kitchen and other living areas so that we wouldn't have to temporarily move out during the construction (we really prefer to stay!). Jon came back every single day, I believe about 9 days of drying, to do all the necessary readings for our insurance and make sure everything was drying--they even came out here on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day! Ok.... This is going to be a bit lengthy, but I feel it's important to give as much detail as possible so that people can understand how great Scott, Jon, and the whole Integrity Restoration Pros crew is. So here it goes... Sunday January 22,I woke up to fix my kids breakfast. The morning started of normal enough. I wanted to start my dishwasher so I went under my kitchen sink to get a pod and noticed water coming from the bottom of my cabinet. Now, know this not to be normal I immediately freaked the F out, pulled everything out, and saw a HUGE gush of water coming from my water filter that was under my sink. Now, most people would just clean up and move on, but for the amount of water that was coming from the filter and the water at the bottom of the cabinet didn't add up. The hole surrounding my plumbing was kind of wide so I stuck two finger down in the hole, and I felt like I put my finger in a glass of water. At this point. I hit full freak out mode. I had no clue what in the hell to do it was SUNDAY OF ALL DAYS and in my mind I just knew no one was going to be able to come out and tell me what in the world I needed to next. So I did what most other people would do in this situation, I went to google and typed in "emergency flood help" and went started calling numbers. We had a roofer looking at the roof when they finished and he said there wasn't a spill or any over spray anywhere on the roof. He said all the trim looked clean and neat. Their prices are fair and they offer 5 year minimum warranty on all their work.
