After a week, I got the car back but now the shifter could move freely without the key in the ignition or my foot on the brake. That's a safety issue. On top of that, they returned my car with new scratches on the trunk and rear passenger side. When I brought the shifter issue back to them, I was met with attitude: "Oh, you don't like it? You want it back the way it was?" No, I want it to work correctly. Getting answers required my husband to call multiple times and eventually show up in person. Only then did the owner reveal that a used part had been installed from a Chrysler 300 without my knowledge or consent. The Charger and 300 share a platform but are not identical. The car was finally fixed after three weeks, but not without my $200+ Mopar shifter getting scuffed in the process. Tldr: Three weeks, little communication, a used cross-vehicle part installed without consent, damage to my car, and a dismissive owner.

He took my money after I told him I was in a rush to get the car fix I had used my credit card bc insurance process was taking too long he told me the car was going to be fixed in 1 week it just the bumper and sencors that it will order and fix it and he never called or text and after a week I went called and he told me he will get it done by the end of the upcoming week. every time I go there there car was just parked there and never been touched so I kept the taking videos and pictures so I can send to a lawyer and then when I called him he told me he already reset the engine and the he order the parts and the car was going to be fixed on Saturday after having the car for 3 weeks. and then I called on Tuesday nothing he was avoiding my call so I went there and started getting mad that is when he finally looked at the car and the problem he told me the car had before that wasn't what happened it wasn't the engine at all. and then after charging me 7931$ to fix the car he told me my engine is fine I have to go buy some parts with my own money and then he will install them for me literally after paying him that much.and he diagnosed the car for the wrong thing. and then when I reached to another shop my job referred me to he didn't want to pay me back right away he was telling me to wait a week. so I got mad at him that is when he accepts to pay back but still tried to charge me and given me a check that was missing some of my money when I said I won't take it he paid me back everything and the shop who took my car from them already had the car running they are just waiting for the bumper to come in to finish the car and they only charged me 4k . I called the shop one morning to get pricing to replace four motor mounts. The lady in the front…read moredesk told me you bring it over. We will tell you what you need and how much it is.. I brought it over that morning. They looked at it. They quoted me almost $1300 for the four motor mounts and 2 censors . I said no problem let's do it. Young lady calls me back the next day and says that there was a part that was damaged from manufacturer and there was a second day delay for it no problem. Two days later when I got the call that the vehicle was ready I picked up my vehicle drove it home. I got home open up the hood because I was still feeling something not replaced or fixed.. First thing I noticed is the dog bone as they call it, which is visible when you open your hood, the rubber inside that dog bone was still corroded and damage. Second mode amount visible from the hood it's at the bottom by the radiator improperly mounted screw was put in sideways. It looked very unprofessional.. I called him up let him know my discovery they said bring it in. I brought it in then Mechanic said don't worry about it. I'll get it fixed.. They stood with the car another day. He calls me the next day with a new bill. I didn't want no issues me thinking the car was fixed. I paid almost $300 more mind you it was four motor mounts in question. It was four more motor mounts that they put on the invoice . out of the four months, they are two that are not visible. I still do not know if those have been replaced.. I paid nearly $1500 for two mounts and two sensors. A month goes by the owner calls me. How was my experience and I explained to him I guess he was somewhat upset and wanted to make things better after I told him.. I told him that what his Mechanic and his front desk person did to me was abuse and was borderline theft. He act what would make it better me being a humble guy I just asked For a refund of the last part installed that ran about $300. Angel, I believe is the owner's name said that would happen to me. It shouldn't happen ange.l I wanna know exactly what did happen to me . you never got back to me after you refunded that and stated you have further digging to do . Bottom line I pay $1500 I get sent home with two broken mounts came back and was charged again. I feel that I was robbed. I feel that all these positive feedbacks are purchased. I feel that angel is running a bad business. Till this day I am doubtful the the bottom 2 mounts where replace . angel asked me to bring the car over to see it. He test drives it. He stated that he doesn't feel nothing with the mounts that it's only transmission issues. I stated to Angel that I am due for a transmission check up and I will trust that he will do a good job. Angel stated to me that if he did the job it will come out one of three ways it'll come out brand new or it'll come out like nothing ever happened or worst then it came in .. Either they don't know what they're doing or they scam people, so either way you can't trust them. I brought my car in after having all my brakes replaced by a very skilled and knowledgeable mechanic who unfortunately lives very far from me. After a few weeks of having replaced them, I was getting a horrible screeching sound coming from ONE of them. Since I didn't want to drive my car far away to have it looked at, I looked for a shop with good reviews. I called this place and asked when I could have that one brake (and I told him MAYBE one other one but only specified one) looked at. They told me noon. So I dropped it off at 11:30 thinking they'll find the problem and get back to me that day. Nope, I had to leave my car overnight. When I dropped it off I asked what they charge to find the problem. He said we don't charge for that. It was 5 pm and they close at 6 and I hadn't heard anything so I called. He told me he drove it and heard what I did and was going to have to open up the brake to take a look (that's what I expected when I asked how much they charged to figure out the issue). He said this is when he told me about paying for labor and he probably did and I misunderstood since no one can literally just "look" and figure out what's wrong. Anyway, the next day when they called me to see what I wanted to do, they quoted me like $940! Saying I should replace all the brakes and they couldn't find the issue aside from that they were rusted (surface rust which is normal even with new ones). ???? I told them it was grossly overpriced. I've never paid that much for brakes and honestly, it's not that big of a deal to figure out what's going on for a good mechanic. It's just brakes. So I told them to send me a quote for the ONE brake that was giving me the noise which I originally said to check out. Still came back to $350. I said there's no way I'm paying that much so I was just going to pick my car up and I'd figure it out. Before I hung up they said $130 for the labor to take them apart to look at them. No work was actually done aside from taking all 4 brakes apart (remember I never told them to do that) and there was not even an answer as to what the problem was. So my regular mechanic that I can trust drove down to check it out. He figured it out in less than 10 minutes by just taking off the tire; didn't have to take the brake apart. It was just a clip that was expanding with the heat and scratching the rotor. He fixed that and no more problem. So like I said, either they don't know what they're doing or they're being dishonest. Either way, save yourself the headache and money and find another place.
