So, I wasted all those months just waiting. I then pointed out the reason for the inspection was to DO more, but she had no interest. In my conversation with Rodney we had discussed octane, so apparently me asking for a reminder of what should be in the tank made it "maintenance". I then emailed Rodney directly and received NO response at all. I found this surprising after his prior call to set everything up. I had a $40k budget, but that was apparently too small for them. I would not recommend.

Took my Ferrari 458 to Warehouse of Speed. I waited a while before writing this review, hoping the…read moreowner would make things right, but that unfortunately hasn't happened. If you own a supercar--or just value your vehicle--I strongly advise against bringing it here based on my experience and what I've heard from others. Here is what went wrong during my visit: Destroyed & Discarded OEM Exhaust: I brought my 458 in for an exhaust upgrade and explicitly asked them to keep the original stock system, which is standard practice in the supercar market so the next buyer can return the car to stock. Instead, I was told they had to saw off the factory exhaust, and they threw it away without my permission. I ended up disliking the new aftermarket sound, but I'm now stuck because replacing a stock 458 exhaust costs around $10,000. Faulty Backup Camera Wiring & Improper Billing: They installed a backup camera, which worked for only a month. When I brought it back, the owner admitted the harness wasn't secured properly and the wire burned up. Unbelievably, he made me pay for the replacement harness. To make matters worse, the camera failed again just a week later and hasn't worked since. Non-Functional Valve Remote: To address my complaints about the sound after throwing away my stock exhaust, the owner suggested installing a remote-controlled exhaust valve. I paid for this addition as well, but it has literally never worked from day one. At this point, I am uncomfortable bringing my car back to have these issues corrected. If you expect your vehicle to be handled with the care, precision, and professionalism expected at a high-end supercar facility or dealership, look elsewhere. When I first used Warehouse of Speed, I recommended them to several fellow car enthusiasts. I deeply regret that now and take back those recommendations.
