I have aa 2015 Ram 2500 Cummins Diesel 4x4 with an auto trans that has been having transmission shifting issues. Short story condensed. Stuart took it and I for a drive and stopped along the way and did a transmission memory recovery test that unfortunately for me did not resolve the issue, After the test drive he stated that he had not experienced this issue prior especially with only 24,000 miles on the truck and said no charge for the test drive and attempt to recalibrate the trans and recommended another trans specialty company to perhaps resolve the issue. Needed a new transmission in my truck. Travelling from the west coast I had a complete transmission failure due to a transmission cooler major leak. Truck was 600 miles from my home. Truck was at a dealership for one month (due to insurance delays). Once insurance settled, dealership couldn't get a replacement transmission for two months. I read the reviews about Stuart's on a Tuesday, called them and had them tow the truck to their shop on Wednesday evening. That Friday, Stuart's called and said the truck would be ready by the end of the day with the new rebuilt transmission. To their mechanics...a 10 STAR rating! The truck worked perfectly for the 600 mile drive back to my home! Transmission shifted smoothly and worked as new, no leaks or problems whatsoever! To Trent who was just a fantastic individual to deal with! What a pleasure! Straightforward, get it done attitude that was reassuring and super communicative. We were told to go to Rocky's. Rocky did a diagnostic check & couldn't help us. Being an older couple all of our mechanic friends are too old or dead. LOL. We were told the wrong diagnosis by a diff mechanic and we were ready to shell out $1000.00 or more if necessary. Called Stuart's Automotive. Bless Stuart's heart & job. Integrity, integrity, integrity is the main reason I continue to come back to Stuart's!! A few years back, I was delivering for Pizza Hut and my truck was my livelihood!! I started having shifting issues so in a panic I pulled into his shop and explained that I was adding transmission fluid but it was full!! He removed the master cylinder cap and the rubber boot on top had come off and I was just pouring fluid on top of the boot!! He shook off the fluid on top and topped off my fluid and told me I was good to go!! I asked how much I owed him and he smiled and said " no charge"!! He could have easily charged me anything and I would have paid!! I have had transmission issues on some of my other vehicles and he has always given me the best price and even better customer service!! I won't bring my transmission needs anywhere else!! read more

I was recommended to Stuarts Superior Transmission by a friend for some transmission work on my Subaru. While I'm not difficult, I am hard to impress and Stuarts customer service blew my mind. Not only did they repair my car quickly, their communication through the process was top notch, I didn't have to sit around and wonder what was going on. The handled my warranty claim with little to do on my part, and overall it was the most seamless car repair experience I have had in my life. They also didn't try to upsell me on things I don't need, but did talk to me about another issue on my car, one that I knew of the symptoms but didn't have a clue what the actual issue was. There was no pressure from them, just a "hey, did you know this...". I fully plan on taking my car back in a few weeks for the additional repair. Went in to find out when my sister in laws truck would be ready since they gave her an estimate time which it went past and then wouldn't give us a estimated time after that. Guy behind the counter, think his name was Hunter, decided that instead of giving us a yes or no if it would be done today, wanted to flex his ego by telling us "they are super busy and we're only able to squeeze us in so we should be greatful" and "go look them up online and see how good they are". Well I'm online now and letting everyone know just how good you are. Your customer service is shit. Plain and simple. AMAZING SERVICE, HONEST MECHANIC AND QUALITY WORK! When I took my car to Hill-Kelly dealership in Pensacola to change my transmission oil, they screwed up big time which caused my transmission to have problems. I contacted Stuart and right up front he was so caring about my situation. He arranged to have my car towed to his shop and gave me a fair price on the work which included a three year warranty. I needed a new transmission which Hill-Kelly totally missed after at least three trips back to the dealership. Stuart cleaned up the problem and my car drives so much better. After two months with the new transmission, its still going strong! No issues! Stuart truly believes in taking care of his customers and he is a man of integrity.
