I was sent a 60v 20amp…read morehour. that's literally 50% more amp hour and I didn't get it. infact the most they would do for me is take 50$ off, which would then made it the same price as the 20amp hour which I didn't order. They refused to echange it. so now I'm stuck with another battery that doesn't have the range to get me to work and back, I was clearly bait and switched as they were trying to get rid of the 20ah batteries and couldn't care less about filling the correct order. i've purchased 3 high end scooters, numerous spart parts, and I've been always recommending them to my close friends. However that will now all change. now that I have a $400 dollar battery that doesn't have the range at all, It's a complete waste to me. I have an appointment with the family attorney so see what can be done. Be careful folks!
