Amazing selection of products and super knowledgable team! We purchased travertine and artifical turf for our new pool build-out, porch and decking. The showroom is great to see the quality of products and the staff are super helpful and knowledgable. Went there for Peach Flag. Awesome service, great selection. Less expensive and better selection than their competition in the neighborhood (Pioneer), AND "they" weigh and load it, unlike my other experience. Could not have been happier. The "front desk lady" in many reviews must be gone. I did not interact with the woman up front beyond hello, but I did get to listen to her on the phone..., with her fellow employees and a customer. It can't be the same woman as mentioned in the reviews. She was very professional and had a nice outgoing personality. I worked with Ron and Dalton. Both were 100% on point. Went in this weekend to look at pavers and bricks for my driveway redo. After wandering their small showroom for 15 minutes and being totally ignored, I approached the counter and asked the man if I could get some costs on some of the brick/paver products. He instantly went into "I don't want your business" mode and said there's no way he could give me any pricing, because he would need my square footage (which I had), and he would have to call each company up for separate quotes on each material, which "could take a while." I said "so there's no way to comparison shop any of your materials?" He replied "No." He then added "Even if I'm able to get a quote from them, there's no saying they'll have anything in stock. It could take months and it's not cheap." Translation: "GO ELSEWHERE." Maybe they're more helpful to their regular or corporate customers? read more

As a contractor I have never had such bad experience like today. I came in looking for a quote and a business relationship but the front desk lady acted like she was the owner (If she is, I hope she find someone with some manners and customer service skills and do it fast!) I had taken some pictures of the materials they had outfront and wanted a quote on that specific material. When I showed her the picture she acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. How can someone not know what materials they sell at their place of employment?. I was hoping to start a business relationship where I spend thousands of dollars a month but it was obvious that this place does not thrive on any kind of business relationships. Now I understand why this place was empty when I arrived. Please do yourself a favor and hire individuals with some kind of customer service experience. Please read this before spending any money here What you have read about the woman behind the desk is unfortunately true. After driving 45 min to make an order for $2000 in cut stone the woman behind the desk informed us that her computer was down. She had a price sheet in her hand but did not know the price per square foot. Only to call back. Of course we were disappointed but after speaking to one of the staff we were informed that the woman is related to the owners and suffers from an addiction to meth. I noticed she was shaking a lot in the office as well. I'm sure there are worse things she could be doing I was shocked that they would allow her to be the face of customer relations. The older lady up front was very condescending & wickedly rude . I drove an hour to this location in traffic and when I arrived I was asking for quotes on flagstone she basically shutted me up rudely with pricing. I drove there for nothing ... business is based on customer relations how is this lady terrorizing customers and still up front handling clients wow !!!!! read more

One of their drivers in a huge flatbed semi almost killed my family just now on the 17 to 101 merger in AZ. The driver wasn't paying attention and almost killed us merging over cutting us off instead of just slightly course correcting. Irresponsible and manager please speak to your drivers. Can your company afford a wrongful death lawsuit? SMH thank God no one was hurt, very relieved. This place use to be reputable but now they act like someone owes them something. I originally purchased flagstone from them at $300 a ton years ago. I needed more but now their price is $600 for the same pallet. I understand inflation but that's a crazy increase. I also had to wait a long time for assistance since there was only one guy in the yard and the lady in the office was not nice.... even to the customers before me. Because of the drastic cost difference and their poor treatment of customers I drove 15 min down the road to Anasazi, was greeted by happy staff, there was multiple people in the yard to help me with questions, and the same stone is only $475 a ton there saving me $125 per ton. Their delivery fee is also cheaper. They also had a better more organized selection. read more

I was trying to purchase some stone to redo the facade of my fireplace. While not a commercial size project, it was bigger than most fireplace projects. Originally I went to Mar-vel here in town. I was not impressed. Of all the types of stone I liked, the all had a minimum order limit that was waaaaay more stone than I needed. In addition, no one, and I mean no one offered to help me once they realized my job was too small for them to be concerned with ... Enter Apache Stone. From the get-go they were so nice. They are very nice on the phones, super patient and accomodating, and have great choices available online. They even offered to send me a sample piece before making my purchase - and they knew that this was a 'smaller' job. Once the stone was in, I visited their shop. The guys in the office were so nice! I actually enjoyed waiting the five minutes until they brought the stone out for me. The showroom is beautiful. Any time I need stone, this is where I'm going to go. By the way, my fireplace looks awesome. read more

Incredibly dissatisfied with managements willingness to work with me as a contractor. I've been in the industry a long time and had spent thousands over the years at this location and will never return. All because of a discrepancy of 20' of stone. Worst customer service. Lack of attentiveness to customers while on their lot and show room should've been our first indicator of what was in store for customer service. After 2 1/2 days of installation discovered stone delivered had inaccurate quantities. Notified Apache as soon as error was discovered. Would not rectify order and we were forced to purchase MORE product in order to complete job. Despite spending thousands of dollars at this company they're more concerned about their next sale. read more
