In less than a month after installation we found numerous fractures in the tile and notified the installer. Due to the amount of tiles that were affected we also notified the manager of the tile shop. The Tile Shop did a review and decided that the issue was due to the underlayment that the installer used. I inform them that we were also finding scratches on the tile and felt that there was something faulty with the tile. The installer claimed that he had never had any issues with any other tiles that he has installed except the ones we had. Ultimately, as the consumer we were caught in the middle with no resolution. We are extremely disappointed with the outcome of our project. We did not want to try to do repairs as we were not confident that we would not have even more issues is the problem involves areas all over our home.

During a significant remodel of our home, we relied on ProSource of Phoenix to help guide us through major design decisions and provide quality products worthy of the investment we were making. One of the largest and most important selections was nearly $30,000 in Mohawk engineered hardwood flooring (a product we were assured by ProSource would bring both beauty and durability to our home). Mohawk floor was recommended by Prosource. Unfortunately, when serious issues arose with the flooring quickly deteriorating and splintering, ProSource chose to hide behind Mohawk's denial rather than truly advocate for their customer. Instead of taking ownership or helping push toward a meaningful resolution, they essentially became paper pushers for the claim process. Two independent investigators identified flooring issues and no evidence of our misuse. As homeowners, we were left dealing with a defective product, mounting stress, and an estimated $10,000-$12,000 in labor costs, while the only resolution offered was replacement minimal material with no labor compensation. That is not what we expected after making such a substantial investment through a design and flooring professional. A company's value is proven when problems arise, not just during the sale. Sadly, our experience left us feeling unsupported and abandoned once the transaction was complete. Think twice before investing substantial money into products and promises that may not be supported when things go wrong.

It truly is a one stop shop for customers wanting some place easy for picking materials. I have noticed that a few direct sales customers (meaning they were window shopping without a contractor) didn't like having to sign in. This is there for the contractors to help let us know when you stop in and what you liked. It may be bothersome, but it helps everyone in the long run. Same for their displeasure when trying to purchase items. It may be a little more work than simply shopping at a home depot or lowe's, but the variety of selections you get here is so worth just a little extra time for that access.

LL installed Brazilian Koa hardwood flooring to my whole (except the kitchen) house 10 years ago…read more Went back to the same store with a piece of my flooring and the sample of Brazillian Koa they had in the store matched my current flooring. Wanted it installed in my kitchen. The flooring they installed in the kitchen (see picture) is NOTHING like the Brazillian Koa sample they had in their store. I have since learned there are multiple kinds of Brazillian Koa. The sample in the store was not the Brazillian Koa that was installed in my house. I knew the width of the wood had changed, but the color should have been the same. Not even close!! When I voiced my displeasure, I was told I had to open all 16 boxes and inspect each piece of wood or the wood was mine. Hate it! Do not use this establishment!!

I received an email from the store manager confirming I could pick up my order Friday, so both my husband and I took the day off work to make the 3-hour drive. At 4 PM the night before, I was told the forklift was "broken" and my material couldn't be unloaded. When I called, the employee was sarcastic and dismissive, and the manager minimized the issue by telling me to "think how we feel." He then claimed he had "just reordered" my product but when I checked through LL Flooring's customer service line, they couldn't even confirm that. Now I've been told I'll have to wait until October 7. This has caused: * Lost wages for me and my husband * Multiple contractor reschedules (at my cost) * Serious delays in opening my dance studio, which depends on this flooring What's worse: LL Flooring has refused to expedite my order, deliver it directly, or provide an in-stock alternative at no cost even though these delays were entirely their fault. This has been the most unprofessional experience I've ever had with a company. Miscommunication, broken promises, and no accountability. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, do not trust LL Flooring with your project.

Marcos 'lead installer'; refused to park in designated spot to accommodate his large trailer then tells us there's nowhere big enough on property to cut carpet & install! Condo is empty, we are moving into it next day. After calling salesperson about having no idea large space was needed to cut carpet then finally connecting to GM Paula about inexplicable lack of communication on BB part (she agreed), Marcos assures me he can & will cut carpet at Bb warehouse then return within an hour or so & install master bedroom carpet. Installers leave & never return. I spent hours proactively following up on where Marcos was only to be told by Chris (Marcos supervisor) he allowed Marcos to go home b/c Marcos wasn't satisfied with designated parking spot! Said he felt it was "a hostile work environment." every vendor has parked there; no vendor ever complained nor refused to park there. Marcos lied to me about completing job, Chris complicit in this lie. I prepaid thousands of dollars to have a subcontractor take it upon himself to walk off the job b/c he 'didn't want to get another ticket from the police' (parking spot 100% legit/legal numerous people from management team trying to accommodate him). Paula & Chris then assure me that carpet CAN be pre cut at warehouse. After a very long & exhausting move, Paula at BB did a 180 by denying they ever told me this saying "no one at Baker Brothers from salesperson to scheduler to Paula to installer was aware nor educated on the type of carpeting I ordered...sorry." Paula repeatedly dismissed that Marcos lied to me/blew us off. Ended with passive aggressive 'we apologize that you're feeling frustrated.' No accountability on BB part. Refuse to reimburse me...keep saying I have to find a space on property for them to cut carpet!! Paula & Chris refuse to tour property themselves despite 2 invites to do so. Local media (ABC/FOX) doing investigative piece on Baker Brothers unethical behavior, poor customer service and questionable legal subcontract hiring practices.
