Beautiful showroom and the staff is super helpful! I went last Saturday to shop for some bathroom tile and I had very nice experience. Helpful and friendly staff who tried their best to assist me. Options are a little limited compared to online stores, but the tile is high-quality and reasonably priced for European made products. Likely will be getting some tile from them. read more

I cannot say enough about the customer service at Bedrosian Tile and Stone in Scottsdale. The staff and design representatives are friendly and knowledgeable. The selection of tile (and other flooring options) is superior to other stores. I have found unique tiles that I am sure won't show up in other homes. I am remodeling my kitchen & have found both my quartzite & quartz slabs at Bedrosians. CW brought in two slabs from another city so I could see them in person. I have been working with CW who has been very helpful, knowledgeable & has excellent taste. I stop in whenever I need to so I can match my other materials to my slabs. CW is very personable which makes it a more enjoyable experience & directs me with good ideas. He has showed me several design options and is enthusiastic about his work! I visited Bedrosians this week. A local designer warned my husband and I that this location tends to ignore patrons, so she recommended the Broadway location instead, However, we live close by and I thought I would visit out of convenience.and I would have to confirm that it is indeed true, the staff ignores you here; at least me. I walked through the front doors, walked around the entire tile showroom, spending about 15 minutes pursuing and never one acknowledgment from staff who was a plenty. I was not welcomed, there was no greeting, no "hello, what brings you in today, is there is anything I can help you with, please let us know" despite three women and one man behind the customer service counter. There was also one woman sitting at the "kitchen/showcase" area. Is it that hard to say "welcome in", "hi", so yes, this location lacks people skills, period, they are just oblivious in regards to customer service. They have a nice selection of tile, but nothing that I need especially after visiting. Arizona Tile and The Tile Shop also on Hayden are better alternatives, both places know how to greet, plus have a great selection of tile. The Tile Shop especially stands out; the manager introduced herself personally and offered any assistance. I will not be patronizing Bedrosians on Hayden again. We do plan to remodel, we just won't buy our tile from here. read more

First I went to a smaller yard on 19th Ave thinking I would get a great price, I found a great match for my cabinets and floor tile, but they were marked SOLD. Looking closely at the granite, it seemed to have more natural fissures, and the price was $930 / slab. My fabricator Jim from USP, said he likes Bedrosians because the slabs are not moved around and damaged like LARGER tile warehouses in AZ. I found a better match, the salesperson gave me the high/low approx price per sq ft, I was crushed, it seemed WAY high. Then he said, this is a RETAIL quote, you will get the FINAL price from your fabricator. When the bid came in from USP, I was THRILLED! ( I'm assuming my fabricator didn't mark it up any for the bid.) read more

The staff here needs a serious lesson in customer service. Their product is nice, so two stars for that. However, we walked in to a completely empty store, two people sat behind the desk didn't say hello, didn't look up, we walked around (nobody offered any assistance), walked out - again without a word from any of their staff. I mentioned to a friend I was going to go to Arizona tile for my Home remodel and she suggested I checked this place out as it was less expensive. Our experience with Bedrosians Tile & Stone has been the best. The tile in our home is almost entirely sourced exclusively from Bedrosians, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. They have such a great variety of selections- matte/polished, different colors, fun patterns- they have it all! The way it is displayed in the showroom is easy to see and visualize- much better than other competitors. Renee and the rest of the staff was so great to work with- she really saw my vision and helped bring it to light over and over. I really appreciated her help during the whole process. Check it out! They have a no-refund policy that they do not mention upfront. I went to the one in Phoenix. They were so nice offered samples to allow me to bring home. When I went in to ask about the refund policy at the Scottsdale location they were so rude to me. If I would have known this I would have never bought from them. They have the worst customer service ever. The only reason I called and order from the Scottsdale location was because they were closer to my home . I will not recommend them to anyone. Also my contractor is going to discourage all of his customers from going there. He is also going to let other contractors know so that their clients don't have this problem as well. Attractive tile selections. The employees are knowledgeable, conscientious and genuinely nice people. I appreciated their helpful input and suggestions as I selected tile and materials. Bostik Vivid turned out to be a good grout choice. It is a cement product with additives that gives lifetime prevention against staining and cracking. I would have given a 5 star rating to Bedrosians if they carried any tile materials on site and allowed refunds. Payment is required at time of ordering with delivery time varying from 2 days to 6 weeks. And Bedrosians has a "No Refunds" policy. These factors turned out to be relevant to my Bedrosians experience as tile installation work can involve a time schedule and doesn't always lend itself to precision in predicting quantities. The other 4 tile stores I visited have tile and materials on site and give refunds. read more

It is my go-to place for tile products as it has unique offerings at very good prices. I find them to have very good processes for inventory management. Walked in here this afternoon looking for a kitchen backsplash. Prepared to give them a sale, but needed help with our decision. Looks like a high end store but I wasn't finding what I wanted at other tile places so stopped in. I found the accent tile I wanted for my shower and it was on clearance at a fabulous price! I then found some pebble mesh pieces for the shower floor on clearance as well -- for a even better price than Floor & Decor. read more

Walked into Bedrosians last Saturday. No one else in the store except two sales people who were both too busy with something on their desks/computers to even acknowledge that I had walked through the door. Wandered around the store for about 10 minutes, was never asked if I needed any help, and left without a word from the sales staff. I was prepared to give them business for 2 complete bathroom remodels, but will be going elsewhere to find the tile/granite. read more

After visiting five other granite and tile stores in the area in addition to attending the Home and Garden show we began to wear down from the enormity of our project. We are replacing the entire flooring in the house and remodeling the kitchen with new granite and backsplash. Of the stores we visited we were either disappointed with the sales staff and/or the choices of products and the price tags that were attached. Someone suggested we visit Bedrosians Tile and Stone on N. Hayden Rd. From our first visit we were greeted by Susan, an energetic young lady with an eye for color and design. Without being overbearing or suggestive of her opinion she patiently listened to what we wanted, offered advice and gave us a bag full of samples to take home. We started with the floor tile and then moved onto the granite and backsplash choices. Each time we returned (which was often) having more questions than the time before she greeted us with a smile and a no pressure attitude. If you have never picked out granite before the process can also be time consuming for the consumer and the sales staff. The granite pieces are huge slabs stacked and leaning on each other if the top piece is appealing to you and there are 8-10 pieces behind the first one you may want to see the last piece behind the stack. The guys who work the crane to move the slabs of granite (Bobby and Amado) are so patience and understanding. Bobby even stayed after closing one night to separate the granite for us to view. Amado is amazing at communication letting you know how the process will work from choosing your selections to ensuring that you understand how Bedrosians will work with the contractor you choose. The process of remodeling your home is a time consuming, emotional, and financial endeavor not meant for the faint of heart. Susan, Bobby, and Amado, have made the process enjoyable for us and have been professional throughout the transaction. They are also easy going individuals who have a great sense of humor when needed. Once you enter Bedrosians you are in good hands with these folks! Highly recommend! read more

I would not buy anything from this store. While they gave us a good price on the flooring, we also bought the materials to lay down the floor. The grout they sold us did not come with a sealant and now we're paying the price and have to lay down sealer separately. Bedrosians claimed no responsibility and as the store and supposed experts in flooring I am very disappointed with them. I would definitely look elsewhere before dealing with the people here. They are not helpful and I will never be doing business with them again. read more

Bedrosians has an incredible selection but they also have Bridgette Phipps. She handles Showroom Sales with a level of concern and care for her clients that you don't see everyday.
