My mom bought a used airstream and was told it was professionally cleaned beforehand. She purchased "as is" and traded in a very nice 2022 transcend explorer for equal cost. She is recently widowed and was hoping they would help her out since my dad was the one who typically dealt with the camper stuff. They completely took advantage of her!! This piece of garbage was full of mold, the water tank fell out, and the cover to the exhaust fan was missing. Her first time using the camper was a complete disaster as the shower leaked into the bedroom and some rain came through the exhaust and flooded the kitchen area. Also, there were multiple wasps nests underneath. You would assume a camper would be inspected before being sold as well as cleaned, but they did nothing. Yes it was bought "as is" but you would think someone would at least check it all out before putting a price on it! read more

I bought a 2015 Jayco Jayflight 26BHW from here in 2015. I remember the buying process as we could have easily been sold a unit we didn't need, but the salesman was great in helping us find one that our truck could pull comfortably (2007 Chevy 1500 with a 4.8L) and one that fit our requirements for winter camping. We upgraded the propane tanks and got a 'winter' package on it since I knew I would be using it in the winter. They did an excellent job with getting it ready in the winter. I used it during 'Snowmeggedon 2016' in the DC area and was stuck in it for 3 days due to the campground not being plowed and not once was I uncomfortable or chilly. This trailer has been perfect for all our needs and has never given us a lick of trouble. If I still lived in the area, I would definitely come back to see them first when I get my upgrade! read more

I bought a used travel van yesterday. I was four hours away and so the salesman Tom did an extensive video walkthrough of the unit. He answered my multiple questions over several days. There is a couple of rental car places nearby. I rented a car one way for $20 from Iowa. Tom picked me up at Enterprise and then he gave me a complete walkthrough of the unit showing me how every system worked. One thing that Tom said was that he used to be in maintenance and service. I would strongly recommend you stay away from this dealership. You can find other Jayco dealers in the area. We bought a brand new TT and we didn't even get to our first destination before the issues started. Stuck door, awning coming off, etc. Salesman told me to drop it off and they'd get it taken care of. Multiple calls went unanswered. Service didn't even look at the awning until a week after I dropped it off. We were then told we have to wait several weeks before they will have the vinyl. If you didn't have the parts, why were we told to bring you the camper? The pictures we sent beforehand clearly showed the issue. I understand things are going to go wrong, but have a little courtesy. Gas is expensive. Towing a trailer to and from a lot in North County costs a lot of money. Not to mention, the location is absolutely horrible. Road construction makes it really fun to get there. read more

We needed an oil change in our 2014 Class C Thor Four Winds. Ford V10 gasoline motor. Apache Village quoted $280.00 for the work. YIKES??!!?? For an oil change. Let me repeat that, for an oil change. Actually their quote was $40.00 cheaper that Degel Truck Center. In the end, I did the oil change myself, using Mobil 1 full synthetic, and a K&N oil filter. ($60.00 parts) The effort took me 45 minutes, TOTAL. Shame on Apache Village, they are NOT the same as they used to be. read more

We own a JAYCO RV and Apache is a JAYCO dealer. However, when we took our rv in, they told us they would not work on it for warranty work because we did not buy it there. If I could give them a negative 5 I would. We needed something done under warranty and we were told that they wouldn't work on ours until October or November since we did not buy from them. They get paid from the manufacturer either way. They just sealed the deal that we will NEVER buy from them. Heard bad things previously too. read more

I have had the pleasure of purchasing parts and service on my Keystone trailer at Apache. Even though I did not purchase the unit from them (it was used) they are always attentive and helpful with helping me fix the trailer. I recently had an electrical component repaired -while I waited! - and I was leaving with my trailer an hour later. Just great service. I also ordered a part that was not in stock. All staff here were amazing! Talked to Ken about the different features and all that of our camper and he was super helpful. If he didn't know the answer he said "to be honest I don't know but let me go find out" which was very appreciated. I feel like now days a lot of salesman would fake an answer before admitting they don't know and go find the real answer. So this was a super plus to me. We bought the camper and they set everything up for us as far as connections to our truck and double checking everything worked in the camper before we drove away with it. As this was our first camper, Chris was amazing and literally ran us threw the entire camper and showed us where things were and how to use them and gave some helpful tips on upkeep. Last but not least we dealt with Bruce, their financial guy, and again....great. Answered everything we had questions about and was super nice.
