Starkey the GM called me on the phone and threatened me. Sorry Starkey, defamation is only if I make an untrue statement. I brought this RV back to the selling dealer for warranty because the frame was bent and one of the jacks was bent. They blamed the damage on me and told me to file an insurance claim instead of addressing the structural problem. This was separate from the other weld cracks that they claimed were "not cracks." They made several repairs but the situation kept getting worse. It became clear the dealer was working for Keystone rather than advocating for their customer. To the owner -- I brought the unit back to you for a structural defect and you let Keystone run over me. 3 YEAR UPDATE: After a lot of screwing from Keystone I got them to buy this junk back for 90K. I still lost about 30K but it's better than nothing. My recommendation to you all is take lots of photos and get everything in writing. Use ChatGPT for help. Never trust your dealer. Hire a lemon law lawyer before they make a buyback offer. Once they make a bad offer you are stuck paying your own lawyer bill. Good luck.

If I could give this place no stars I would be happy, I dropped my 5th wheel off at this location…read moreon a saturday. I asked the tech who wrote down the info on it needing my awning strut replaced and a compartment latch replaced. I was assured that they could get both fixed by Tuesday at noon. ( i already diagnosed the strut and gave part numbers) Tuesday I dont get called so I figured im good to pick up at noon. I get called right at 1230 as I am about to pull into the lot stating that they haven't started working on it yet. They told me I would need to pick it up the following day. I told them that I already had a vacation spot for that night and that I am going to be out of pocket by 20.00. So I thought to myself and said just go ahead and get it fixed. Wensday comes up no call, so I reach out to them. They tell me they cant find the strut and that they are waiting for an email from the manufacturer. I asked them what size were they looking for, they said it was a 30inch which is funny bc it is riveted in place and only way to find true size you have to remove the strut. I asked them is they removed it, response was no not yet... so I told them I looked up the part number and found it in less than 30mins. I also asked them to drill out the rivets and I will just fix it myself ... I drove up there to pickup my camper noticing that the compartment latch wasn't fixed either... I went inside and they said they had no idea they were supposed to do that... So now im thinking I dont or won't have a bill... Mistakenly they tell me I owe 50.00 for a half hour worth of labor which my friend and I opened up the awning prior to this and I told them it took us less than 5 mins to do so and to drill out two rivets maybe extra 5mins ... They overcharged me, didn't complete and of the jobs I gave them and told me to have a great day .... I could have had all this done prior to today if I would have known I wasn't dealing with unprofessionals. I dont not recommend this company to anyone, not only buying, selling, or letting them work on your camper ... This place will scam you out of your hard earned money and tell you to have a great day...

We took our refrigerator to Bill Thomas camper sales for repair. After having it for eight days,…read morethey said there was nothing wrong with it, but they agreed to go ahead and put a new thermostat in it and said again that it worked and nothing was wrong with our refrigerator. The refrigerator still didn't work and we paid Bill Thomas Camper Sales almost $500. Three days later we were at a airstream rally where Bill Thomas camper sales was at showing their airstreams. We spoke with Bradley Eubank, the general manager, and told him about our complaint with service at his business not fixing the refrigerator. He sent two technicians to check our refrigerator and after running tests they said it was broken and we needed a new refrigerator. We ordered a new refrigerator from Bill Thomas camper sales. When we picked it up we immediately noticed the two front panels on front of the refrigerator were cut too short with one having approximately a 1 inch gap and very noticeable. The parts manager promised to mail out new ones to us the next business day. They never came. We emailed the general manager twice asking about getting our panels fixed. He never responded and he never returned our phone calls. There wasn't any communication from anyone at Bill Thomas camper sales to us in reference to our defective panels on the refrigerator or any communication from them while they had the refrigerator for eight days even though we called several times checking on it Also on our first trip using the new refrigerator we were having some water leakage on the floor under the refrigerator. We discovered when Bill Thomas Camper Sales installed it they never took the zip ties off the drain tube from shipping and it was tied straight up in the air from the drain so no water could drain out and it poured out on our floor. Buyer beware there is no quality control from Bill Thomas camper sales. Follow up- we disputed the price of new door panels on our credit card and won. We also contacted the Airstream Factory and made a complaint against Bill Thomas Camper Sales. The Airstream Factory sent us new door panels. We never have heard back from Bill Thomas Camper Sales
