The loan changed and the repairs were no longer covered. I contacted fabian again in november as he came highly reccomended from a family friend. I expressed how i could no longer afford to paint the inside as the loan was not covering the repairs and i had to pay out of pocket. I asked that the lattice work be added on but only the outside of the building now. The quote went to 16,200$ . How does this make any sense? Attached is both bids my proof that this review is legit. Edit: I am really busy but i passed my english class. Do you really want me to highlight where it says both houses and the excess amount of detailed work on the 11,500 bid that covered inside and out? It would only make you look worse which was not my goal.
