They are very polite, and they explain what needs to be done. I have repeatedly attempted to take my cars to the dealerships which I won't name, but without question, every single time they attempt to find something incredibly expensive to be wrong with my vehicle. Aid always finds the actual, less expensive problem. It's really just comical at this point how some of these dealers get any business when you have places like Aid in business. They don't take appointments so you have to get there early but it's worth it! Since I have been going to aid for so long and this just happened this morning, I will give an example. I brought my car to a dealer yesterday because my engine light was on. It didn't say check engine it was just a little picture of an engine. I had just been to this dealer for an oil change and everything I read online said it was probably a loose cap of some kind. I brought it in there and they looked at it, and they told me that everything was nice and tight, and then it was probably something more like the engine. They didn't have any appointments for me for another two weeks, and I didn't trust them anyway so I left and called Aid. I went in there this morning and they kindly put me at the front of the line because it was just a quick look at the light. They lifted up the trunk and immediately found the loose gas cap that the dealer "could not" find. And no charge! They are just the best so I had to give that example. There are many others. Had the need to get some tires since I was riding on baldies and after finding Larry's online, I popped in to see what I could get for my ride. We arrived at a set of tires that would work for my car and we proceeded to get them all installed: balanced, mounted and I even had them do my alignment as it was off. While the guys in the shop were busy working, I spent a nice half hour chatting with Larry. Clean waiting room and fresh popcorn to munch while killing some time plus great prices, great service and super friendly folks - what more could you possibly ask for? Definitely will be back.

was charged for a 4 tire alignment in which the back didn't need anyways. went in for front end…read morealignment was told needed a 4 tire alignment and charge $88. was told by mechanic that he could do the front end alignment Bc of a part being damaged but did do the back (which didn't need it). so instead of telling me they couldn't do the 4 tire alignment but charged me anyway. I went to the manager Brian Adamczak asked for a refund and he told me to bring my car back on Thursday for him to lift it and see if the back tires was aligned. Again I need the front end alignment done but told it would need a 4 tire alignment in which the mechanic admitted that he (Jacob) only did the back couldn't do the front to Brian and Brian still wouldn't even give a refund without me returning the car to him for him to lift it to check back tires (again needed the front tires aligned) not the bac. the car shakes and bangs and drives worse then when taking into that shop. Was told by Brian that they would redo it but yet still only says the back tires and not the fron. why would I trust this shop to do anything to my car after they failed the first time to do a front end alignment. Most shops only do a 4 tire alignment so if this shop couldn't do that I should've been told that and not charged for a half job that was supposedly performed.
