Next, I asked did I need appointment, and cost, he told me I didn't need appointment, and there would be NO cost for test, and it would be up to me if I wanted to get it fixed. This is where everything took a turn for the worse. I went in, asked for Justin, and told the young man at counter, I had just spoken to Justin, and he told me I could come up for him to do test. The young man advised JUSTIN that I was there, JUSTIN told him he NEVER talked to me about bringing my car in, and didn't tell me there was no charge, and the fee would be $98. Next, JUSTIN came to the front, didn't acknowledge me at all, turned around quickly, and went back to the car he was working on, at this point I'm feeling DISRESPECTED, and JUSTIN LIED about a conversation we had about 40 mins prior to me getting there. How would I know to ask for JUSTIN if I had not talked to him prior, and why would I take the time to drive up there?? If JUSTIN would LIE about a PHONE CALL he had with me, I feel he would LIE about anything when speaking with customers. I would advise anyone that talks to JUSTIN about getting repairs, get it in WRITING first. Again, if JUSTIN lied about something as simple as a conversation about bringing my car there, I would question his work ETHIC, as well as his INTEGRITY!!
