Russell Mann their district manager out of Stillwater OK took forever to even follow back up with me, then after filing a claim sent me a denial letter stating since I continued to put oil in the vehicle and use it till i went on vacation till coming back home and finding a huge oil slick in my yard from the oil pan draining everything out in my absence, its not their fault. The family owners are onsite, and really care about the customers. They've remodeled the lobby area, and rather than looking like the typical broken down grease monkey automotive waiting area, it's a nice peaceful place to sit and relax. Your results may vary, but from my experience, anything related to car repair as a woman who knows nothing about cars can be really stressful.
