Called to see if I needed an appointment to bring it in for repair and the gentleman let me know that it was first served sort of situation and that day they happened to be a little understaffed and that he was sorry but, if I needed it done that day it might take up to two hours. I told him no problem and we headed to the shop after our other errands. We checked in, gave our keys and let them know we'd be waiting but the kids and I were going to walk down to Dollar Tree and shop a little to kill some time. By the time we got back (35 min or so) they were all ready pulling our van in and in no time flat they had my van all repaired. The service counter gal was super sweet. My youngest along for the day happens to have Down Syndrome and sometimes is challenging to understand. She asked me for water and the gal behind the counter over heard and quickly offered an ice cold bottle of water. After this it buoyed my daughters confidence to ask her to use the ladies room which the gal gladly showed her to.... she was so sweet. In no time flat we were out the door with a fixed tire for $20.

So when I came to pick up, the ac service was not fully recharged or filled because they "were out of time." And I still had to pay over 200 dollars of labor.
