I can't say enough about the amazing work by Brandon and his crew. They are extremely hardworking, talented and extremely detailed in their work. They build a new side deck and a 2nd story back deck. They replaced a window with a door for access to the new deck from the kitchen. This deck is not only BEAUTIFUL it is SOLID and will last for many, many years to come, I recommend them HIGHLY!!! Worked with Brandon & Thomas on a fence restoration project, they provided the utmost in professionalism and attention to detail; I am in the process of putting out bids for a separate two car garage on my property and would consider Apex. In light of this company's prior ratings I followed up to research Brandons interactions with the Pro team at a well known home improvement retailer in Augusta and in the end found nothing inconsistent with his introductory remarks that he made to me during an hour long interview in reference to the more complicated project as mentioned above. My project was in 4 parts: back deck railings replacement and stairs enclosure; front porch removed and replaced with Trex flooring, railings and stairs; side porch entry replaced with Trex flooring, railings and stairs rebuilt; all lattice work boarders removed and replaced with pvc boarding to close up the foundation and enclose all stairs around the house. Brandon Cormier and his team did everything they said they would do AND MORE! His pricing was fair. His "word" was always honored. The entire crew (from 4-8 people daily)...ALL of them were skilled, polite, professional and very cordial. The Apex team did a GREAT JOB in just 10 working days (and driving 90 minutes each way daily to the job site!)...in spite of Home Depot's 3 delivery screw ups!
