Once I got a callback the person that I spoke with told me they would contact me at the end of the week to schedule an estimate. Come Friday of that week I still hadn't heard anything, so I called them back. A new man that answered the phone said that he could not find my information or the message from the previous person I spoke with. The second man told me that he would come out to do the estimate later that week. THAT WAS OVER 3 WEEKS AGO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I still have not heard back from these people. They claim to be the #1 landscaper in Augusta... HA!!! Not a chance. They don't call you back, they don't do what they say they are going to do, they are disorganized and unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and find someone that will actually show up for the job and actually communicate with you.
