However, on Friday, I was informed that the job would not be completed in time for my event. What is most frustrating is that no one contacted me to explain the delay. From that day until now, I have received no phone call, no update, and no follow-up. If the job could not be completed, I should have been informed earlier so I could make other arrangements.
