This was helpful in the case of asking questions and getting to know the company being hired. Dan was knowledgeable, helpful and receptive to our questions. Our community paid this company 12 grand to install a retractable gate for our parking lot. After…read moreseveral breakdowns within the first few weeks of operation, they would send subcontractors to fix it who would often no-show for the appointments. The day after our one-year warranty expired, the gate stopped working completely and Delta would not answer the phone or return calls from members or our community. We had to contact a different company, who showed us that the installation was actually defective as Delta installed a bar that was too short, and as a result could not keep a vital component in place properly. Now we have to pay for a costly repair and our lot is wide open for creeps and bums to skulk around late at night. In the last week we've had a break-in to one of our cars, and a criminal on the run attempt to ditch his gun. Thanks Delta!
