I see Dr. Lo at Providence Facey Medical Group, and I can confidently say he is one of the kindest…read moreand most empathetic doctors I've ever met. I could honestly write a novel about how much I appreciate and respect him! Dr. Lo respected my decision to avoid opioid medication and thoughtfully recommended alternative treatments for my back pain. Eventually, the cause of my pain was identified as a birth defect requiring surgery, and his guidance throughout this journey has been invaluable. The entire staff at this office is knowledgeable and supportive. They always respond promptly to MyChart messages or phone calls, and I'm consistently seen on time. On the rare occasions when delays arise due to circumstances beyond their control, they always communicate updates about wait times. I've never felt unwelcome or like a nuisance while at the office--it's truly a warm and professional environment. Dr. Lo now has Ryan, PA, assisting him with patients, and he's a fantastic addition to the team. Like Dr. Lo, Ryan is empathetic, approachable, and equally committed to providing excellent care. I strongly believe in the idea that "you get what you give out to the world", and this office is proof of that. Dr. Lo, Ryan, and the staff exude positive and caring energy because they genuinely care. I'm so grateful for the amazing care I receive here!

Dr Lo and his staff, Gabby, Julia, and the rest of the team are not only professional but actually care about me as a human being. He has several options that all work together to not only help relieve pain but working to make me stronger with better mobility. His concern is genuine as is his teams and from someone who doesn't like doctors this is high praise. Highly recommended Dr Tony Lo

I have had two surgeries performed by Dr. Ladner in the past 10 weeks. My initial impression was…read morethat he is a very young surgeon, which concerned me a bit. I can now without hesitation add that he is also an extremely talented surgeon, regardless of his age. I appreciate that he takes the time to patiently answer in detail, any and all of my questions. He is confident without coming across the least bit arrogant or overly self-important, like so many others in his line of work. I am the sort of patient who does a great deal of research into the condition I am facing, the available methods used to treat the condition, as well as the potential outcomes. Unfortunately this approach can be somewhat off-putting from the perspective of the physician, and the subsequent reaction is often a defensive one. Thankfully however, Dr. Ladner does not suffer from any of these shortcomings. He seemed to enjoy discussing whatever material I would bring to the given conversation. He was in no way resistant to ideas that reached beyond the scope of time-honored, conservative approaches to treatment, but rather openly acknowledged recent advances and welcomed for consideration the newest treatment developments. I have found these to be areas where a physician's ego can really get in the way of the best possible outcome for the patient. Dr. Ladner, on the contrary, puts the ideal outcome in the crosshairs of his focus. By now it should be obvious that he left a great impression on me, which says a lot, because I would not hesitate to just as easily criticize him here if my experience with him warranted that. If it comes to be that he is your attending physician, rest easy with the knowlege that you are in very good hands. Lastly, I want to add that his front office staff, Alex and Crystal specifically, have always been warm and personable. It is my belief that the disposition of a receptionist in a doctor's office is a big indication of the "climate" that exists around the physician they work for. I can call Dr Ladner's office and in under one minute, be speaking to a pleasant, competent professional, rather than navigating a seemingly endless automated menu protocol and left on hold for an undetermined amount of my day. Dr. Ladner must treat his staff well because they never come across as stressed-out, cold, disconnected or indifferent. Bravo team Ladner!
