From the moment I walked in, I was treated with genuine kindness, compassion, and professionalism. Before seeing Dr. Moradian, I was in severe pain and could barely function. It had reached a point where I was no longer able to work, and my daily life was extremely difficult. After trying acupuncture and even strong medications, I still did not experience the relief I desperately needed. I was especially hesitant to move forward with an epidural due to a traumatic experience I had in the past while I was pregnant and in labor at a different facility with another physician. At that time, epidurals are typically performed without imaging, especially in an urgent labor setting, which contributed to my distress. Because of that experience, I was extremely fearful and delayed making the decision for quite some time. However, Dr. Moradian completely changed that experience. He explained that this procedure would be performed under imaging guidance, which immediately gave me more confidence and reassurance. He took the time to calm my fears, remained patient and attentive, and made sure I felt safe every step of the way. His gentle approach and professionalism truly set him apart. The procedure itself went smoothly from beginning to end. To my surprise, I felt minimal discomfort just the initial injection to numb the area before the epidural, and nothing more. Dr. Moradian was incredibly careful, kind, and reassuring throughout, especially knowing how anxious I was. His calm demeanor made all the difference. What truly sets Dr. Moradian apart is not only his skill, but his genuine care for his patients. He follows up, listens, and ensures you feel supported throughout your healing journey. His staff reflects that same level of excellence they are organized, attentive, and truly compassionate. The appointment was created because at 18 weeks, the ultrasound technician was unable to get clear pictures of my daughter. Returning for another visit, the same issue happened again. On top of that, from the very beginning we were treated with rude and dull remarks. I should have addressed it immediately, but I was hoping the attitude would improve -- unfortunately, it did not. The ultrasound technician had an unpleasant attitude throughout the appointment. During the ultrasound, she repeatedly jabbed my stomach and constantly asked me to roll side to side. From what I could see on the screen, she was getting clear pictures, so I was confused when the final photos I received were mostly blobs or unclear images. Out of the four photos provided, I only liked two. The front desk staff were also extremely rude. When I was checking out, I wanted to purchase a plush with my daughter's heartbeat, but another rude remark from the receptionist completely turned me off from continuing with the purchase. It also seemed very unprofessional that the receptionist and ultrasound technician left together and immediately called the store afterward. The atmosphere felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I understand people can get tired or busy, but that is not an excuse to treat customers poorly -- especially in a customer service business. Whenever the doctor is present, we are normally greeted with smiles and positive energy, which makes this experience stand out even more negatively. I'm sad to say I will not be returning. I also brought a lot of business and referrals to this location, but after this experience I will no longer be recommending your services.
