I would so used Apex again. I wrote for a quote on a Sunday afternoon, not an emergency. He replied with a very reasonable quote and came out in about 15 minutes. He had to pick the lock and then move a few boxes in front of door (was a side garage door). His moving those boxes saved me from calling out the garage door peeps - all doors work beautifully. We needed some locks repaired. One lock was jammed locked even though the handle was unlocked. I thought it would need replacing. 2 other locks get stuck and are difficult to lock and unlock. Apex Locksmith owner Elijah was there for us today. And gosh... WHAT a nice guy he turned out to be. Good, old-fashioned service you seldom see anymore. It's Father's Day, and we had to call him this morning to re-key three doors after a key to our house was stolen. We couldn't go anywhere until we had those locks redone, and we had a whole busy day planned. Elijah sleepily but cheerfully answered his phone at 8 a.m., assured us it was no problem--he was out of bed and ready to roll, and sure enough, he showed up pronto and had 6 locks rekeyed within an hour of his arrival. We thought he'd probably charge us an arm and a leg to come out on a Sunday--Father's Day, no less--but he didn't. He charged his usual fee, and he made a bunch of extra keys for us at only a few dollars each--right there in his service trailer. All of the locks and keys work perfectly... not like the keys you have made elsewhere. We couldn't be more pleased. We wish we'd known of Elijah sooner.
