Great location (just a few blocks from McKinleys) on Ward, on the side street across Ward from the Patagonia store. The lot is small, only fits 4 or 5 cars in driveway - but I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes to get started. (I used the time to gather up all my junk so they could thoroughly clean the interior). Service absolutely is fantastic. You drive yourself into the washing bay under the direction of the service guy. Then you back out and park under the sunshades so the team can hand dry the exterior and all door jams, AND then thoroughly vacuum out the interior. They ask you to step out at sit at provided table (under shade) or pay for service while they're doing all that. There's a service charge for using credit card that is waived if you pay cash. (SUV $29+tax) A tip box is provided on the wall - fill that baby up because these folks are so deserving! Bottom line - excellent service, location, price, and so quick and easy!

Booking an appointment is easy and Colby (new owner) is very responsive. He usually gets back to me by the end of the day. LOCATION: They are located in the Pacific Guardian Center... the entry to their building is on Alakea Street. Pull a ticket and drive up to the 10th floor. COST: Depending on what you wanna get, he hand wash and dries your car... I have a black car so I don't trust taking my car to an auto car wash place. Inquire with the business because the prices my change. Overall, for the convenience and quality, it's definitely worth it. SERVICE: Colby is very responsive via text message or phone. I usually drop my car off and then grab a bite to eat downstairs and catch up on some reading. When he's about done with my car, he texts me and then I head back upstairs. The garage ticket is also automated. So you don't have to worry about paying for the garage fee on the way out. I've been coming here for a few month now for a hand wash and quick vacuum of the interior. It's really convenient coming here because I live a very busy life. I'll be sure to add more photos the next time I'm there.

NEWEST UPDATE: Aloha folks -- i've updated my review as…read morethere has been some progress. Greg reached out to me explaining that based on the video I sent, it appeared that the ceramic coating was working, but not how it should be. He asked if I could bring the vehicle in so that his team could wash it, and verify this in person. We agreed that I would drop my vehicle off on Friday. This will allow for a pickup on Saturday. Upon drop off, his guys, Zane and Kato accepted the vehicle and tested the ceramic. Right away, Zane said that it wasn't reacting correctly. I left my keys with them and was told that the vehicle would be ready for pickup the following day and I would be notified by call or text. Saturday -- Premiere is open until 6pm. Once 5pm came around I was admittedly starting to get a little bit nervous seeing as how I needed my car for work on Monday, and I knew they were closed on Sunday. I attempted to call and received no response. Living closeby, I just decided to head over. I got there about 540pm. Greg was there detailing the interior of a car. He had plenty of vehicles to take care of. He was friendly and apologized for the lack of communication, citing that he was swamped with the influx of vehicles. He explained that my car was "done" but that he, himself, had taken issue with it. When we approached my car, it was clear that work had been done. But upon closer inspection, there were water spots on my glass and streak marks on areas, exacerbated by the light from his cell phone flashlight. He was able to quickly wipe some of them off. He again apologized and said that he didn't like the work that was done and asked if he could keep my vehicle until Tuesday so that it could be completely redone. This I respect. Alot. For a boss to take ownership of their work and the work of their employees goes a long way. I left it -- picked it up on Tuesday. The car looks fantastic. Here's to waiting it out and see if the ceramic holds this time around. Very glad that I chose the boys at Premiere. They did an amazing job on my camaro, that I felt it only right to use them for our SUV. My last interactions with Greg (the owner) and his team were nothing short of amazing. He is a personably guy. I reached out to them asking for an interior and exterior detail on my 2023 Mazda CX50. After some back and forth on the services, I ended up changing my service to a "basic" ceramic coating (which includes an exterior detail to prep it) and full interior detail. The price was amazing. Greg takes care of his customers. I wont mention it here as pricing can always change. As a reminder to anyone reading this -- its always a nice gesture to tip them, though, not required. Greg was able to take my car pretty quickly. I made the appointment for a drop off on Saturday. For those of you that don't know, ceramic coatings require a curing time, and therefore, I needed to leave my vehicle overnight. The garage is secure and under surveillance. It is easily accessible in the downtown area. I came back the next morning to pickup my car. It looked stellar! The lighting really makes the cars pop too. The exterior looked brand new (minus water spots that apparently weren't able to be removed from the 3m decals). The interior also looked great. I had some minor pet fur still embedded, but nothing to harp about. I noticed that the trunk space wasn't addressed though. No biggie. Now the reason for my decrease in rating: I want to start off by reiterating that Greg and his team are excellent dudes to work with. They are friendly, fast, and do good work. My Mazda, this time around, just isn't what I expected from them. I haven't been able to get back for the car wash because the weather has been awful -- so its been a little bit of time since the coating. There are some spots where the ceramic is noticeable. Particularly under the side mirrors, you can see the coating is still there and streaked on. The new formula that they used on this "basic" coating, definitely shows a difference. Maybe this coating only included one pass over, i'm not sure, but the beading effect just isn't there. Dirt and grime still clings to the car and it doesn't wash off with water. The roof doesnt appear to have been coated, but I could be wrong. The wheels were not coated. I am unsure if the glass was coated. The trim appears to have been coated but not wiped off properly. Anyway, do I recommend them? Absolutely. I still think they do good work at a great price. However, I would strongly encourage you to ask about their options for ceramic coating and not get a lesser package. Mahalo Premiere

Every trip back to Hawaii somehow includes a stop here, usually in one of my parents' cars, waiting in line with everyone else while the smell of soap mixes with hot asphalt and exhaust. It's oddly nostalgic. The system works, but it definitely assumes you've been here before. When you pull up, the menu isn't really explained. You're asked a few quick questions about tires, vacuuming or upgrades and before you know it you're being waved forward. If you're trying to understand the difference between services or whether a detail is worth it, don't expect much guidance. The actual wash was good, especially for the price. Coming from Los Angeles, where a proper wash and detail can easily cost well over $100, it's hard to complain. Just don't expect perfection. The interior looked much better, but there was still sand hiding under the kids' car seats and a few corners that were easy to miss. If you have children, prepare yourself for the awkward dance of unloading everyone while deciding whether to let someone else drive your car through the wash. One thing I would recommend. Tip the crew. They work incredibly hard in the Hawaii heat, moving nonstop from one car to the next. No, it isn't a concours level detail. But for a long standing neighborhood institution that gets you in, gets you out and leaves your car noticeably cleaner without emptying your wallet, it's still easy to understand why locals keep coming back.

He gave me a quote and I texted him a week later to detail the exterior only of my car because I don't have covered parking and I want to avoid oxidation. Caido was able to detail my car Saturday at 8am at my house. He has a nice truck with all his equipment including a big vat for his own water, power washer, buckets, etc. He truly is mobile as I was expecting he would need to use my water hose. It took exactly 4 hours and wow, my car looks brand new. He does accept Venmo but I had cash on me. He really worked hard and very courteous. English is not his first language (he is fluent in Spanish). I will have him detail the interior next.

With so many detailing companies these days, which one to choose? I didn't want to pay a ridiculous amount as I've heard by word of mouth that some places charge an arm and a leg and then some especially for black cars. And I was looking for some place that did things by hand instead (when you throw that monkey wrench in... the number goes down substantially). Browsing at the Hawaiian Miles partners site, I came upon 360 and it was giving 5 miles per dollar (whoa!). Then I stumbled again on an advertisement for them on a credit union site where it listed Hand wash, Hand wax, and so forth. Gave the number a ring and left my message. A couple days passed and I wondered if the guy who's voice was on the machine would return my car... and then the next day he called me back. I also new that if this wasn't a big auto detailing company they were probably swamped with cars and I just had to give it time. But Jason was nice and he explained the package deal to me and answered all the questions that I had. He also was able to book me quickly (he called me on Saturday and I got booked for Monday). The nice thing about their business is that they come to your house to work, island wide, as long as you have some kind of power outlet near your car. And if you don't, they have loyal customers who let them do their work at their house (how's that one?!) Since I live in the Salt Lake area and I park in a structure they were able to go to a house up Halawa side to complete the process. When I got the car back, clayed and waxed, I was simply in awe. No swirl marks (I once had this from this one detailer). Every thing was shiny and sparkling. The car was smooth and clean. I'm so happy with the work they did! Amazing job! I even got a compliment from someone in my complex (and he goes to Capones). The package deal is probably the best for an average of $120 for exterior and interior. So if you're in the market for auto detailing at a reasonable price and done well, these guys are the way to go!

I could use the excuse that this has been a crazy year with the pandemic, but let's be real, I'm just lazy when it comes to getting my car washed. My car really suffered from the elements of this tropical whether with dirty water stains and some bird poop that I really can't help due to the bird attracting light pole above my parking spot. I thought I lost all hope when I got my car washed at the dealership a week prior and they said that the water spots were not going to come off with a regular wash. My fiancé found Aloha Shine and took her to get a nice little scrub-a-dub-dub. Boy was I surprised to see the spots gone! The only thing that couldn't be fixed was the spot where the bird tattooed my car with white ink. It's hardly noticeable so I'm happy. My detail cost $300 plus tax, but could range in price (higher or lower) depending on your vehicle and it's condition. It took almost the entire day so I know he put in work to get it cleaned. Again, happy customer and 100% would recommend.

Beautiful, spotless and shiny outside on the paint, tires/rims shine. The interior is flawless with every nook, cranny and vents dustless. Luckily I have leather interior now but my camaro had fabric and I would bring it so dirty and they always returned it like I never entered it. I'm getting my car wrapped this weekend and you better believe I'm going back there on the regular to ensure my investment is getting the royal treatment. He replied quickly with an estimate & said to bring it by that same day if we could. We went right from the dealership to his business (5 minutes). He was able to take us right away. He allowed us to watch as we we had just purchased this truck. He worked while we talked story & we were out of there in 20-25 minutes. He was absolutely wonderful! Takes pride in his work & is very detailed!!! He took the stickers off, buffed it, & shined up the areas-looking better then new!! Had to give a shout out to Cliff & his business for taking us on a Friday afternoon without an appointment & doing such beautiful work!!!!

Although I was hesitant at first since I've never heard of ceramic coating before, I took her suggestion and called. The person I spoke to was very informative. Also, they were super accommodating of my schedule and could take the car in that week! When I dropped it off, the associate was very friendly. A day later, I picked up my car. A couple days after that, I also came back to pick up their spray, and the manager there was so, so very nice! After about a month~month and a half, I am SO extremely happy with the results! I am able to easily wipe off tree sap and bird droppings SO easily with just a microfiber cloth and water! It glides right off! Everywhere I go, my car looks SO shiny and brand new! Since our apartment couldn't accommodate the mobile service, we drove to their home-based shop in Kaneohe. His service took about 2.5 hours. Since it was in the neighborhood, they allowed us to hang out in their covered garage while we waited. That was nice! MJ literally turned our car to brand new!! The water stains on our seats were gone, dashboard, middle counsel, interior doors were all cleaned and polished. It looked and smelled amazing! Would highly recommend MJ and his crew!

When my husband reached out they said they had it scheduled for the following Saturday instead. Luckily, they were able to come the next day to make up for it. The detailers did a really awesome job on the interior! The exterior was ok, I noticed still had some water spots on the body and windows, dirt in the under carriage and wheels. I'm very particular just because if myself or my husband is paying more than $300 for detailing it's a high expectation. Few days past and I'm noticing yellow spots on the grass thinking it was just dead grass but then realizing it's about the size and shape of the rubber mats in the car. My husband reached out to the owner and MJ was able to come by and evaluate the situation. He advised that the grass was dehydrated from the chemicals but assured its never happened before but I'm thinking why would the detailers spray on the grass to begin with (just my thought). He fertilized the grass and said he would check up the following week. I did receive a text from him asking how the grass was, then replied the grass still looks the same but may need extra attention. I haven't received a response back or any follow up when he would be by.
