After a year of planning and paying for a…read morevacation I found out NINE days before I leave that when I arrive to my destination I will have to pay over 500 dollars in taxes and fees that I was unaware of. They were no more helpful than searching tripadvisor or booking.com (you'd actually have better results using these websites anyway). The only response they could come up with after they slammed us with the information of these fees, that I was not financially prepared for, was "yeah, but you're going to have fun!". It's hard to have fun when the spending money you've worked so hard to save is disappearing just by landing at your destination. Thanks for keeping us so informed Karla and Diane, you are both terrible at your job and have started our vacation stressed out and in tears and we haven't even boarded our plane yet. I felt the whole reason to use a travel agent was to take the stress off, this only caused us more stress and wasted time on the phone confirming all of our excursions and finding out where to be and what time to be there.

They didn't have my first choice on the lot so he called around for me and as we talked further, he suggested and showed me this car. I came back on Monday and David helped me out, wrote up all the paperwork and they both went the extra mile by replacing the backup camera that wasn't working that day. Both guys were kind, professional and helpful and I would feel comfortable calling them with any questions from here on out. They had a good selection of cars on the lot and didn't mind calling around to check other places for me. I never felt rushed or pressured into anything. Now what I was looking for in reviews when I was scoping dealerships was more about the car and I obviously can't speak to if it's "been a great car" yet. I can say it's beautiful, rides like a dream and currently seems like we got a great deal on a great car. If it suddenly goes south and turns out to be a lemon, I'll be back to update this, but I definitely don't see that happening! I'd absolutely recommend Ace's!
