Terrible job experience, We did a job for this company last 05/23/19 in890 Palmetto Point Circle, and we still haven't been paid for them, think twice to work for this people, not fair at all we did our job and not being paid still. I had a horrible experience with this vendor. I contracted to have my two car garage floor epoxy painted. Within three weeks it was bubbling and peeling. A second opinion contractor reported, in writing, that the second top coat wasn't applied. I invited Jon to visit my garage to look at the work that was completed and the condition of the floor. He never responded (that was November). I finally sought a dispute with my credit card company. I cannot recommend this vendor for any services in good conscience. read more

We have a wood frame 2 story home that was built in the early 1920s. Our vision for it's restoration included a custom paint job with 8 colors. We understood that the job would be challenging, not only because of the number or colors, but because of the many instances where multiple colors would need to be painted side by side, sometimes in hard to reach areas. Attempting to paint a home in Florida during the raining season further complicated things. Hammadi and his crew rose to the challenge. They worked very closely with us throughout the job to ensure that there was no miscommunicaton. Their knowledge of available paint products helped us to choose the best possible materials for the job, based not only on appearance, but on durability in harsh weather conditions. They worked early in the morning and on weekends to finish in a timely manner, despite the daily rainstorms. Most importantly, they took pride in their work, and it showed. Never came out for an estimate. Talked with Mr Garcia on Monday morning. Mr Garcia was very friendly. He scheduled Jon the estimator to give estimate Thursday between 9:30-11:30 and would call when on his way. Jon never called or texted. Hours later still no contact. They must be very busy and do not need the work. read more

I don't like to post bad news but at this point I've been patient long enough. We placed an order with this company back on April 15 2019. This was a 4-6 week job that to this date has no results. Difficult to reach, lie about timelines, and have our money with no results. Very disappointing and will proceed with legal action. Be aware of who you use for contracting needs. EXCELLENT service. Courteous. Jonathan Bucci came first to look at what needed to be done, gave an estimate and scheduled the work right away. He came with hishelper, introduced him to us and they worked on the repair of two doors. One was a pocket door that detached from the rails, and the other one was the front gate that would not close anymore. They replaced parts and everything worked perfectly. I had two rooms and the garage floor painted. The workman helped me select the paint colors for my two rooms and the garage floor. The rooms look very good. I have had compliments on the garage floor. There were no problems with the paint job. The workmen removed what needed to be removed from the walls and put everything back when the job was done. The workmen picked up the items in the garage but did not return to replace anything after the work was done. I was not given any advice on what to do before driving into the garage or replacing the items on the floor. I would recommend them with the reservation that if you can not replace the items that were stored to do the garage floor, do not use this company. read more

Totally negative experience with Apex Property Restoration! After signing a contract to refinish our lanai floor, it took them six weeks (and plenty of phone calls) to get started. The crew left big gouges in the concrete floor and painted over it, using a lower quality epoxy than what was specified in the contract. The result: A lanai floor that's no better than what we started with... at a cost of a few thousand dollars. Despite numerous attempts to reach them, Apex never responded to our complaints.
