Great communication the whole process. Salim got me onto his schedule quickly, as I had a downspout out, during this heavy rain period. He repaired that one plus 3 others and made a trip to Home Depot for needed parts, all for the reasonable prive he quoted over the phone. While cleaning out gutters, he pounded back in several nails that had come loose and stuck so far out I could see them from the ground. Learning that he could clean out the roof moss and treat the roof, I added that on, also for a reasonable rate. He took before and after photos of his work and added them to my invoice. My roof was looking bad from pine needles, moss, and portions were green with algae. I contacted Salim and he was very responsive to all my questions (via email) and he gave me a reasonably price bid and a start date. The next week I had to reschedule because snow was covering my roof, and he was fine with that and easy to work with. On the morning of the job he texted me to let me know he was on his way and he arrived at the scheduled time. We reviewed the condition of the roof together and he let me know what he was going to do and made sure that the surrounding area was clear. He took about 2 - 3 hours to clean the roof and to thoroughly clean up the debris that had dropped to the ground. The roof now looks great. He scrubbed off the moss and algae and applied a treatment to further kill/prevent it. I'm very happy with the job he did. He was professional, friendly, hard working and had good communication. We were looking for someone to come by and pressure wash several large and stair heavy outdoor areas before a party, so we put several requests out on Yelp and Salim was the first to answer. Salim is awesome. First off this is his own company, he runs the show and does the work all by himself. He cares about his company and the work he does. When I called around asking for prices his are reasonable for cleaning moss off your roof (this is the only service I had done). This was the first time I had it done. He finished it nicely and in a timely manner. I had to cancel on our first appt and he wasn't upset about it. We set up another time that worked for the both of us quickly, I didn't have to wait weeks. I also asked him to use baking soda instead since is more eco friendly and he had never used it before, but was willing to try. It worked lovely and I am so glad he was able to work with me. He also included my skylight in the price and told me if there was anything potentially wrong with my roof. I also asked him to go back up and clean a few things off the edges and he did so quickly and nicely. He also gives before and after photos. I've used Apex twice already in the last 3 months and I fully intend to use them again and again. First time was to clean the moss off and treat my roof. Second was power wash my deck.
