During the quote process, Ty was honest, transparent, and efficient. He offered recommendations on everything from coping to pool cover color. He was informative and understanding. He walked us through options and even steered us away from some more expensive options that would have probably given him a better margin, but that he didn't think were a good fit for us. We are also building a house, and Ty has been patient and proactive in communicating with the builder and working through issues. He has beat every schedule he has given us so far. He is an excellent communicator - clear, concise, and responsive. We are still mid-process, and will update this review once the pool is installed ~late spring 2022. Complete Caulking & Restoration was recommended by the concrete company that replaced my driveway & patio. I made the choice to repair the floor instead of replacing it. They came out and sawed out all the cracks, then filled them with waterproof caulking. They also put the caulking around the perimeter of the garage floor and in the joints of the floor. It's not as attractive as a newly poured floor but I'm thinking it saved me $1500 -2000. The job took 2 days, they were on time and cleaned up after themselves. Pros-didn't have to move everything out of the garage. Cons-the dust from the concrete saws.

My husband researched roofers and had extensive conversations with several of them before selecting Beall's. We were thrilled with our choice. Beall's was prompt and responsive. They are roofing experts and answered all our questions clearly and in detail. They even upgraded us from our previous standard roof. They came by with materials and samples for everything we needed: shingles, gutters, trim, flashing, and fascia, and talked us through the process of picking everything we needed. They also coordinated directly with the lone supplier of screens for our windows and got all the replacement screens measured, ordered, and installed very quickly. The crew was prompt, courteous, and skilled, and cleaned up after themselves so we didn't have trash in our yard and didn't have to worry about our kids stepping on nails etc. Everything happened on or ahead of schedule and the crew always showed up when they said they would. They also took care of everything with the city permit, the insurance company, etc. with no involvement from us. The insurance and mortgage company processing took awhile and by the time we were cleared to start work, it was fall and we worried about impending bad weather--but Beall's fit us into their schedule right away and got the job done quickly so that the new roof was fully installed and complete before the snow came. The new roof looks perfect and passed inspection by both the city and our mortgage company with no issues. We were very daunted by the idea of having such a large construction project on our house, but Beall's made it easy and hassle-free for us. We had a very positive experience and would recommend Beall's to anyone who needs roof work done.
