Their rep came out and spoke with us, and then sent a drone over our roof to scope everything out. We then had a conference call and learned the costs and decided to get, not only the solar, but a battery backup as well, so that when the power goes out, we will be able to keep our essential appliances working. Installation was quick; all the people who did the work, from the panel installers to the electricians, were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and answered all our questions.
