Cristian returned my call and scheduled an inspection very quickly. He was very knowledgeable and polite. I had a lot of questions and he was quick to respond and took the time to explain everything to me, including the permit process. He also explained the overall process, timeline and hours he and the crew would be on the roof working. There were a lot of chipped and cracked tiles that needed to be replaced. He found replacement tiles that were a perfect match. All tiles had to be removed to replace the paper, and when the tiles were reset, they were straight and looked consistent across the whole roof. At the end of each day they took the time to clean up around the entire house and even used magnets to pick up any nails. They were also careful not to damage any of the landscaping around the house. Cristian was present for both inspections from the City inspector and completed the roof and patio cover according to the timeline. The overall cost did not change from the estimate, and there wasn't any hidden costs. A contract was created and signed which included a warranty. Over the past two years, there have been several heavy rain storms including high winds. Cristian called to check on the condition of the roof, and there have been no leaks or tiles out of place. AGA Roofing is a local Santa Clarita roofer, and I'm extremely happy with the job they did. I received quotes from 5 different roofers and AGA was the most honest and transparent. If I ever move in the future and need a roofing job done, I will use AGA Roofing again. I highly recommend them.

The work done on my house was replacement of the paper under my tiles which included temporarily removing my solar panels. The solar system worked the first time after the panels were reinstalled. All of the paper was replaced correctly. A.G.A roofing showed me pictures of all of the paper installation. A previous roofing company stated that I needed replacement of plywood under my roof tiles. A.G.A. Roofing inspected the area and stated it was the paper that had water stains not the plywood. A.G.A. Roofing showed me pictures indicated that all of the plywood for my roof was in excellent condition. A.G.A. Roofing showed me that the last roofer replaced only half of the paper on my dormer roof. When A.G.A. Roofing broke a tile, they admitted it and fixed it. Christian was the lead for this job, made sure that the job was done right, and he was professional at all times. Jim Waller and his crew were/are the standout in this group, and we couldn't recommend him any more highly than we do. From the start, Jim was prompt and extremely informative. We liked that he was the only vendor to actually go up on our roof for the initial estimate and texted us photos of the damage up there. We never felt concerned about Jim's credibility nor the work/estimate proposed to us, in large part because of those photos. Jim is incredibly knowledgeable about his craft. He was able to answer all our questions and came prepared with samples to choose from. Best of all, he stuck to the proposed timeline and finished right when he said he would. Everything Jim said to us was accurate, fair, and reasonable. Pricing was competitive with the market - neither too high nor too low. We also received the permit visit on the day of as promised by Jim, and that was incredibly smooth and fast. One less thing to worry about! I also liked that Jim provided us with paperwork to submit to the utility company for a rebate. To me, that was going above and beyond, and we are thankful for that. The work itself is beautiful. We replaced our roof because we had to, but we love the way it looks. Jim gave us so many options of material and color to choose from, so it wasn't difficult to find something that actually ended up enhancing the look of our home. Jim and his crew were also very CLEAN. I do not like cleaning up messes left by others (particularly given the amount of cleanup we had to do after the storm!), and there wasn't one scrap of garbage or debris left. It's probably the first time I was able to pull my car out of the garage after construction work was done without worrying about a screw or nail. I don't know how they kept everything so clean, but they did. Final note: As a woman, this was probably the first crew and contractor who treated me simply with respect as one of the two homeowners. Sad to say in this day and age how many times a contractor will still ask me "well, what does your husband think" if he's not at home, and it's terribly insulting. My husband and I are a team and discuss everything ahead of time; and then take turns depending on our jobs/workload as to who is the contact point for crews/work etc. Jim, I really do appreciate that you treated me as a client, homeowner, and equal. The day after I started to look for roofing companies, and our neighbor who is a general contractor highly recommended All United Roofing Co. Inc. Couple of days after my neighbor arranged a meeting with Jorge who is the owner of the company. My first impression was very positive, because Jorge was punctual, knowledgeable, took time to respond to all my questions in detail, and provided several recommendations. Within a day, I received a detailed proposal from Betty. I requested few modifications and Betty very efficiently coordinated them with Jorge and updated the proposal. The total proposal seemed to be reasonable. I made several appointments with other roofers, but none of them were as punctual, professional and cordial as Jorge and mostly the prices were within the same range except couple, one being low and the other too high. While I was still evaluating the proposal (the contract was not signed) Jorge send two of his employees to cover the damaged areas of my roof with tarp since there was rain in the forecast. He never forced any brands of roofing material, instead provided his recommendation. He also asked me to do my own research and pick a brand that I believe would work for me the best. Betty coordinated the permits required with the city and arranged for all required inspections. The number of employees varied on daily basis; there were 8 employees the first day, 11 the second, and so on; however, they were all working in a perfect rhythm.
