This business clearly stated the flat rate for three distinct services (engine oil change, generator oil change, and hydraulic fluid top off) plus the cost of parts. They arrived at my home during rush hour, when they said they would. They were 100% professional, worked to avoid messes, cleaned up the workspace, and took their garbage with them. I will happily welcome them back to my home and recommend them to others like myself. I run around kicking tires saying "shucks" but truly am not mechanically inclined. I really appreciated how they conducted business and that I believed them to be trustworthy. Finally, I came in from a 2,800 mile trip. I explained I have to return my motorhome to storage so I needed them ASAP, and with 24 hours notice they squeezed me in saving me time, risk, and money. I generally hate and oppose performative tipping. In their case it would have been immoral not to thank them with 15%. Really happy with their service. BE CAREFUL LETTING THIS DUDE HAVE YOUR PHONE NUMBER OR KNOW WHERE YOU live. I recently purchased a new (to-me) 2015 B class that had been sitting for too long. A tank release cable was stuck, and the generator wouldn't turn over. I had called every shop in town, as I have been hoping to get out of town for a break this month. Everyone was booking out 6-8 weeks in advance. I found Joe on Yelp and figured I didn't have anything to lose, as everyone had said they either didn't work on generators, or didn't have an appointment until Halloween (or later). Joe said he could be out there within the hour, would bring lights and was fully mobile. He had the cables fixed in minutes, tightened a battery case I didn't know was late, and will be coming back tomorrow morning to get the gennie fired up (it was too dark to take the carb apart and risk losing a part).

We contacted RV-Time and the dynamic duo owners, Matthew and Ashley. The insurance company approved us getting an estimate, and Matthew immediately contacted the insurance agent and got right to work, which resulted in an approved estimate in half a day. Both Matthew and Ashley explained in detail the job, which involved a new refrigerator, all the connecting propane hoses, electrical wiring, fuses, and substantial cleaning inside and outside the RV. They asked if we had a trip planned, and since we had a big one in a few weeks, they said they would do everything they could to get it done a few days before we left. And they did. All the parts were then ordered. Matthew or Ashley would call regularly with updates, suggestions, or decisions. Both of them know so much about RVs - it is simply amazing. We both felt completely confident that we, and our rig, were in good - no - great hands. We have complete trust in their workmanship and their desire to serve us and our RV needs in the best and most expedient way possible. Do we recommend them? Let me put it this way: We will not go anywhere else for all things RV.
