Matt is worth the wait. Extremely knowledgeable and honest. I thought I needed to replace the belly pan on my rv. Matt was able to repair it at a fraction of the cost. I thought I needed a new limit switch For my slide out, But again, Matt was able to repair it and it works great. I thought I had a water leak, but Matt noticed the outdoor faucet was missing the nozzle and problem solved. I was referred to MSRV Mobile RV Repair, Matt. For a second opinion after being told by another shop my rv fridge cooling system was clogged and had to be replaced or replace the refrigerator. Matt offered to come out after hours but I declined assuming he had been out in the heat all day. I know how that is. Matt volunteered to talk and text with me that evening and the next day to diagnose and find the only problem was a inexpensive faulty thermistor and saved me over two thousand dollars and a huge headache since I was traveling and only had a week in this area. Matt - MSRV Mobile RV Repair is AWESOME!!! If I could give 10 stars I would. I recently purchased a used 5th wheel and have some issues. I called Matt for assistance. Matt asked lots of questions to diagnose the issue. An appointment was promptly scheduled and I was kept notified of his arrival time. When Matt arrived he promptly resolved the issue. Let me start by saying my experience with most mobile RV techs has been awful. Matt is the polar opposite. He's amazing. Most mobile techs, in my opinion, are complete hacks who've been fired from reputable shops and prey on people in desperate situations. You can tell Matt with ME is completely different. Here's my situation... I have a fairly new RV (2016) with a BAL Accuslide system. Of course the dang slide got stuck out and was making all kinds of noise, but wouldn't come in. Obviously I can't move it or drive it with the slide out, so it was an emergency situation to get it back in. I called Matt at the recommendation of a local RV park. Matt answered the phone right away and walked me through some diagnostics on the phone, then had me send some pictures and videos to see what was going on, then helped from there. He's an expert with these BAL Accuslide systems, and I could not recommend him more. Based on how knowledgeable and conscientious he is, I am going to have him design and install a solar system for my RV. He's not a magician (that I know of) but he's a wizard when it comes to RV stuff. I'm definitely a customer for as long as Matt is in business. I only have one complaint about Matt and that is that he doesn't charge enough for the quality of service. I was in Clarskburg when my battery died because I had left on my lights. I have AAA and after a long wait they responded. They could not charge my battery with their portable charger so I was stuck. It was a Sunday but Matt came right out when I called. He started my battery and then replaced the short stop fuse. This was a huge help since my internal battery was not holding its charge and now it is. He did all this while explaining what he was doing so I could learn more about my rig. He is a gem!
