He and his crew came out and did the project in 1 day. It was a small project so it was done in 1 day, we paid at the end of the day after the project was done. This was annoying, but I decided to go through with it anyway due to our timeline. The next day they were supposed to arrive from 8-10AM, and after not hearing anything I reached out to the office and eventually heard back from someone at 11:30 letting me know they'll call in 45 minutes with an ETA. I waited 3.5 hours and never heard back. I had already rented a pressure washer to clean the siding over there, so now I'm at 48 hours rented and I still haven't used it. I have actually lost money by giving this company multiple chances, because they found a way to fail me every time. We are now using another service (at a MUCH lower price), and would strongly recommend to anyone else to do the same.
