I clearly asked for the front window tint to match the factory tint and for the windshield to be dark enough to block sunlight and reduce visibility into the vehicle. What I received was much lighter than requested on both the front windows and the windshield. When I contacted them to fix the issue, they refused to redo the work and instead offered 15% off a new job--basically asking me to pay again to correct their mistake. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place if you expect to get what you actually ask and pay for.
