Instead of protecting the car, it came back with extensive damage that required major repairs. It turned what should have been a straightforward installation into an absolute nightmare. When you're trusted with a vehicle of this caliber, attention to detail and professionalism should be the standard. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience. The lack of care, quality control, and craftsmanship was shocking. If you value your vehicle, especially if it's rare, collectible, or expensive, I strongly recommend taking it somewhere else. I got in it yesterday and noticed that the chip is exactly how it looked the day it got hit, the only difference was you could see a tiny bit of resin on top of it. I went back to the shop this morning and spoke to a man about the situation. He stated the girl I dealt with wasnt in till 9 and they don't offer a warranty on chip work. I told him I was told it was covered for 6 months and he seemed shocked. I left, came back, talked with the girl, told her I was just looking to get my money back so I could go somewhere else and she stated their job was to make sure the chip didnt expand. I told her it looks worse now than it did when it got hit. Never offered to go take a look. I told them that if they needed the $60 that bad they could have it. I've had my business 12 years, I drive for a living so I've had my fair share of chips and cracks with windshields. In fact, I have a small chip on the bottom of the same windshield thats been there for 2 years untouched, with no issue. The only plus side is it is out of sight. I've used Jack Morris Auto Glass for years but decided to try a local shop since JM moved off church st. They shrink the damage down to make it look like a pinhole. Looks like I'll be going back to them to see if theres any way to salvage this and not make it such an eyesore. I'll even get the other one fixed as well. Just so you know, they offer a $10 discount for reviews -------------------------------------------------------------- One of my cars got hit by a super small pebble on 65 on the way home. I called a few places but didn't get a good vibe from any. Nashville auto glass was next, they weren't able to answer, so I hung up with no voicemail. They called me back immediately, was polite and was able to get me right in. Took roughly 15 min to fill the chip. Cant ask for anything else, saves me getting a new windshield.

Diagnose, window glass, labor and taxes around $830. Called Kevin, and texted them, they said we are not fixing or paying. Talked already to Better Business Bureau office for solution.
