During this time, Todd, Donna, and Larry were courteous in keeping their correspondence regular without being overbearing, and we were able to stay on the same page without feeling pressured or frustrated by the exchanges. Additionally, we felt that the cost of the project was competitive for that of a smaller company given the quality products and opportunities extended by the Osers to minimize the cost of the project when it was first discussed. Despite the already competitive price point and the delays to the start of the project which may have otherwise resulted in changes to the cost of the materials needed, the Osers were extremely hospitable in working to keep the quoted price the same once we were ready to get started. Additionally, after we worked with the Osers to address a miscommunication on our part which would have typically resulted in a minor increase in the cost of the project, we were able to once again maintain the original quoted cost of the project due to the company's flexibility and understanding. Last but not least, our floors look incredible and the members of the installation team were friendly, efficient, and competent throughout the installation process, which took only a day to complete. To summarize, we received flawless results at reasonable prices without a moment of stress to show for it, and we couldn't have asked for more out of the experience.

On Tuesday, I got the invoice from the store as well as confirmation of work to start by Thursday that week!! Eddy and his team started work on my upstairs on Thursday morning and were done mid day Friday. The new floor looks amazing! Danny was even kind enough to stain the quarter rounds to match the color of the wood on my stairs. I'm very pleased with my experience and highly recommend Danny and his team.

He taught me to help him do quotes. The man cheats and steals from his own community. If you buy a job from him he's using your money to pay for the guy who bought before you. Your down payment you put down is a down payment for the materials of somebody else not for you and he just hopes he can sell another job after yours. He will not honor any warranty on work so don't hope for that either no matter how much he assures you he will. The man has his wives wear dog collars around their necks like necklaces and parades them around the office like it's cute that you don't know what it's about but he does. Also he will tell you he doesn't have your floor anymore even when he does so that you have to buy more. I also know that he hires illegal immigrants to lay the floor and when they ask for their paycheck instead of accepting that he'll just pay them next week, he pulls revolvers on them in his storefront without caring for his actions because unfortunately they are illegal and can't say anything or do anything about it. Know that this is the man Danny Parker is and this is who The Floor Guy is. I wouldn't trust him in my house.. Much less install installing my floor. He is also being investigated for Marriage fraud as one of his ex wives was an illegal Brazilian who had a deportation order. He would lock her in her room and only let her out when it was time to clean the jobs he had (back when he offered a cleaning after the floor was installed). He also has two big pit bull dogs with big cages that he would force her into to get his rocks off and keep her in the house. The man is sick. Don't ask him what he paid the homeless man that frequents his parking lot for after his 3rd wife divorced him (Margret) as he lived in the back of his store. Man on man.. unfortunately. I watched the slob of a man (Danny Parker) fight his own son in front of his grandchildren all because his son wanted his tax return mail from Toyota. Danny threw his son's mail away and then fought him for showing up to get it. Also he is not accredited by the BBB like he claims.. that was revoked due to his proven deceitfulness. I know he claims on here that he is accredited by the BBB and I know that he has a sticker on his storefront that claims he is too, but he is a liar and if you want to know how much of a liar he is go to the BBB website and when you see his company is not listed you'll know that everything above is true as well. the man is a closeted, homosexual, thieving, freak. Normally his sexuality would have no matter in the discussion of one's flooring or one's business, but I think this is something you should know when he parades his sexual activity in his store and when you will have him in your home.

His presentation was stellar, and he designed exactly what we desired in our Master Bath remodel. His bid was a bit high, but we decided to move forward with the project anyway. Envision required a $5,000 deposit upon signing the contract. Matt told us that we needed to write a check, and that he couldn't accept a Credit Card. We complied. My Husband and I are Senior Citizens. We have an older home, and it was getting increasingly difficult for my Husband to step over the side of the tub to shower. We were very anxious for the project to begin, but the contract's estimated time of installation was in 4-5 months due to supply chain issues. [A 4-5 month wait time seemed a bit extreme.] I called Envision on August 18th, the 5 mbonth marker, to get an update on our Installation. Rachael said that she would contact their Forman, Jacob, to find out where he was at with our Installation schedule. She never got back to me with that information. Fast forward to September 9th, 2022. I called Envision and left a voice mail message with Rachael saying that we had lost our patience and quite frankly any faith in their company. I requested a refund of our $5,000 deposit. Shortly thereafter I got a Voice Mail from Rachel saying that she herself had already mailed a check about a week ago, and that we should have gotten it by now. Then seconds later I got a Text from her saying to disregard her Voice Mail! The refund she spoke of was for another client!!!!!!!! She said that she'd have Jacob call me, which he did. Jacob said that the 3-5 month window was only and 'estimate' and that the Contract clearly reads 'No Refunds'. He offered to drop off the material he had for us in their Warehouse in our driveway. What? Unacceptable! My husband was diagnosed with Cancer in August, and has since then passed on. It was extremely difficult for me to get him in and out of the shower/tub. A Walk-In Shower as promised by Envision would have been a God Send for both of us. I have read several reviews that my Husband and I aren't the only folks they've stolen from. My Attorney is handling it at this point. It is despicable that this Company is still in business. What they've done is criminal. Leigh Morgan, the owner, needs to be investigated. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, AND DO NOT GIVE THEM ONE DIME UNTIL THE INSTALLATION IS COMPLETED!

I had this company recommended to me in order to get new flooring for my condo with an insurance…read moreclaim. Although Lori was great to work with, the service that was provided to me by the flooring people was horrible. They laid flooring down over metal pieces and left gaps around the cabinets in the kitchen. They also left gaps around my water heater in the bathroom and didn't secure the flooring under my stackable washer and dryer so it caved the flooring in once they were put back into place. It was awful. And then it took almost three weeks for them to come back out and fix the mistakes. And that wasn't the end of it! I got charged an additional fee for all of that even though they were coming back to fix the poor service that was provided to me in the first place. The only thing I could think of is that they had bad contractors that day or they were having an "off" day when the service was originally provided. Thankfully the fee was taken care of and I got better service the second time around. I'm giving two stars for the frustration I dealt with getting the flooring fixed. Not saying this company is bad to deal with but beware the services that may be provided.
